I distinctly remember my father singing the "3 in the bed and the little one said roll over, roll over" song to me but HE sang it to me "So they all rolled over and one fell at and as he hit the ground they heard him shout "Please remember to tie a knot in your pyjamas".
I KNOW he sang that song to me, but NO ONE (not my mother OR father) believe me.

Thing like this happen all the time to me. I know it's not my mind making this stuff up. It's stuff that I remember clearly from my life and people just look at me like I'm crazy.


I agree with the possile time-line stuff. Parallel realities crossing over maybe. What ever it is, it's trippy stuff.

I'm not sure if I've really experienced this, but I have had a lot of people trying to get me to confirm that certain events happened when I'm pretty sure they didn't. I've always chalked it up to either me having a terrible memory or other people being very confused in general...it's funny, this seemed like a pretty odd idea at first, but now that I think about it there are some things that make you wonder - especially the things that a lot of people agree on. I'm going to be keeping an eye out for this sort of thing from now on.

Perhaps so, but these were not internet rumors. I heard about Mickey Roonie dying before the internet even existed. I remember an in memorium statement at the end of Jack Palance's last movie. Ernest Borgnine I saw on TV. Not one of the people I mentioned did I hear about "on the internet."

i will second that, i have never gotten the first report of death from the internet. Though i have seen conformation on the net, that is no longer there. but you know its all just magic magic fairy dust and more magic. ha ha ha ha.... i digress

There is something going on, i dont beleive it could be time travel, and this is my theory why.


If you traveled back in time to change some thing, it would have never happend so the future you would have no reason going back to change it, if the future you doesnt come back to change it, it happens as it was supposed to. and time reverts back to normal untill future self goes back to change it again. starting a continues loop untill finaly the space time fabric would be torn and we all die or something

just my theory i hope it makes since to some one other than me.

Unless you subscribe to the "many worlds" interpretation of quantum mechanics, in which case you go back in time and the first thing that happens when you change something is that you create a new time line, thereby allowing you to go back and kill your own grandfather. You will never be born in this new timeline, but that's OK because it isn't your timeline anymore, at least not the one you were born into. You could even go back 2 weeks before you built the time machine and kill yourself, take your own place and never build the time machine, all without creating a paradox among the infinite versions of our universe--theoretically.

I think the people who thought Paul Newman's wife died by drowning in the 70's is because he co-starred with her in 1975 in a movie called the Drowning Pool(or something similar)

The Mt. St. Helens thing gets to me though, because i got in an disscussion with someone about it like a year ago.

I've always been sure it happened when I was 10 years old. It happened on my sister's birthday (May 18), and I lived an hour away from the mountain at the time, so I remember it clearly. I remember the ash floating down, and looking for pumice stones. I was POSITIVE it happened in 1983, when I was ten years old. But the person I was talking to was sure it happened in 1980. So we both looked it up, and he was, of course, right. I figured I was just mistaken, but it really bothered me that my memory could be so bad.

Then I read THIS, and now it's even freakier.

I heard that eminem died and he is definetly still alive.

I think we had all better get used to this feeling cause the advance of technology won't let any popular figure die....

I have to admit, I am certain that I heard Billy Graham had died a while ago...maybe as long as a couple years ago. Weird. I'm naturally skeptical, but this is a weird little phenomenon.

I heard that Darrell Abbott was shot and killed. It was true.

I had been discussing this phenomenon with a friend years ago before the Nelson Mandella story was first brought up on Art Bell.

I understand there have been false reports of celebrity deaths - it does indeed happen - but there are some that seem to not fit that.

My own personal thing with it was, the guy in Southern California in the 1980s who attached a bunch of weather balloons to a lawn chair and took a flight.. I remember standing in the living room of a girlfriends in 1984 watching it on TV as it happened. The room I was in pinpoints the year as being 1984.

Some years later, I read a news recap of the 1980s that put the event in 1988... and now I see it as occurring in 1982.

Folks, I can tell you, I was not in the living room of that girl any year other than 1984.

Now, false reports of celebs can happen A lot of these are that or misunderstood reports of other celebs. But I just heard that the little old psychic woman from Poltergeist is near death recently.. and I remember thinking about her a year ago and that she was dead. So there's another one...

Not sure what to make of this, but the first time I heard someone on Art Bell talking about it and his show with Starfire Tor in November 2009, I was somewhat stunned.
