I don't know if anyone here has seen this thread about something the Bureau of Meteorology had on their screen, but I thought with all the experience there is here having to do with interpreting such things, someone here might have an opinion.

It looks ominous to me,but I'm no authority on the matter!

Looks to me like it is a radar bug as many have said, including those who are more knowledgeable, but I am very interested to discover that Oz has HAARP and would like to find out if they too have been attempting to mess with earthquakes.

I am not convinced about the possibility of creating quakes with HAARP, in fact it seems unlikely, but you just never know.

I got the same email from the USGS showing an 8.0m earthquake in the North Atlantic Ocean. Went to their website and didn't see any mention of it. All I see on the USGS site is a 3.2m in the Domincan Republic. I hope it's an error.

Looks like a definate glich to me. A quake of that mag would have gotten world wide attention and there would have been many large after shocks by now. Looks like the second 3.2 mag is the same depth and long lat.

I get e-mails from the USGS on request - I am thinking it is an error on their part - it has happened before - really freaked me out though
