Billy Graham was famous for his financial ethics. He never took a salary more than like 80k a year, even though he raised millions upon milions.

Never more than 80k? are you serious? Why in the world would a true Christian preacher even need that much money? For a true man of God, God pays the way. If he gives you extras, it should be willingly given away. In which case, that 80k better be paying for the bills on his evangelism and not being stockpiled for personal use. The biblical references above state why.

I like that for 40 G I can get shared rides up to 20,000 miles on a private Jet, I don't want that to change, the Environment will be fixed by science and that includes such high tech solutions as water pipes and filters and lowering emissions.... you know, NOT SCARY

I want an SUV again frankly, it's not my fault if the Oil companies have bought up every invention that could double or triple gas efficency,....

Same goes for Jets... It's possible for any small business person to get private jet time at non expensive (relative to the past) prices...

So why should I resent Palin an ex Governor with a book? For living like she actually is SOMEBODY and like her or not...she is Somebody

A CEO getting 3.5 Million a year or 2.5 is Crap... It doesn't even matter...

When that company pays 30,000 people 2.00 a an hr bellow poverty line that's what's wrong... x 8 hrs a day that's 30,000.00 x 16 or 480,000 a day or over 12 Million a month or around 150 MILLION per year...

That Matters in where Capitalism goes wrong...

Caring if someone who earned the money makes 1 Million or 2 a year opr get's a jet? It's so minutia compared to where the money is really vanishing into vaults god knows where...it's Immaterial...

The govt Lost a Trillion dollars for Christ's sake... You can stop the entire Congress and Senate and every Governor and Mayor form even flying... and you won't save 1/10th in a lifetime of what Vanished via corporations and Govt THIS YEAR ALONE

Charitable donations and non profit allows for 33% of the take to be used as disposable income, salaries, etc, etc...

Above that, you can take more to run the business and if they deem the Jet necessary it's 100% legal.

When you deal with a Celebrity or even a lawyers daily salary and what they command, you'd be surprised, the reality is the Jet which saves that individuals time ends up being cost effective vs the cost of that persons time...

There are people who...are worth 100,000 a day on their own time...

My old investor was good for about 500.00 an hr...(Lawyer) when doing business, that time was factored in at that level against profits... that's the way it goes...

Now if Person X

Costs 100,000 a day, but that persons work will bring your charity 1,000,000 over time...

Putting them on the Jet and saving 2 days equals 200,000 more going to your Charity, it's absolutely cost effective to fly them, even in style like that, National recognition or bring your audience or followers to any cause is nothing to sneeze at...it raises allot of Money

So nothing has been done wrong here

As much as 90% of the time when I read people bashing the rich it usually comes from a place of complete ignorance of financial matters business and or petty nonsense and jealousy that has nothing to do with actually money.

You'd make it impossible for her to do those things by screaming it's unfair she has more than you....

The result being, she gets squat, the people that like her get squat, any good she might do would be gone and there is nothing but NOTHING remaining by your theory...

So NON Profit? Sure there is in actuality some profit...

But with no profit there would be Nothing... and that's what LOSERS and JEALOUS people create NOTHING....

That's WHY they are broke and WHY they are Jealous, because their manner of thinking creates.... NOTHING and frankly better something even if lightly corrupt than Nothing.

It seems Palin has people who love her and people who detest her. I do think its funny that a conservative woman has a shot for the white house and all of the left are screaming bloody murder. I guess it boils down to where she stands on political issues for women. To abort or not abort? and probably some other issue like equal pay or opportunities,etc. (think abortion is the big one)
