As far as I'm concerned, if anybody needs to go to jail it Pelosi! How in the heck does this freaking woman keep getting elected?

Lord, I hope the people in Ca. get a clue and send her packing! Same with her equally corrupt, pathetic cohort Read. I'm not wild about my two Senators and House rep, but at least they are as nutty as those two! Republicans all and against this monstrosity of a health care bill.

There is NO QUESTION that a PUNITIVE tax for people that DO NOT purchase health care, is in VIOLATION of the US Constitution.

Of course, most members of Congress have never even READ the US Constitution. Of that, I am sure.Ignorance of the law, however, is no excuse. The ignorant Pelosi, Reid, and the other conspirator traitors are GUILTY of attempting to pass "laws" which VIOLATE the constitution.

If they had read the Constitution we would have never had a Democrat party trying to transform the Republic into a Socialist state....

The Democratic party was/is the best way for the SOcialist elites to infiltrate their goons into seats of power to transform this nation into what it is now, and what we are headed to....

Unfortunately the Republican party has also been infiltrate throughout the decades, and those who were not goons of the SOcialist elites have been corrupted, and paid to become goons...

Now I am going to state that I am against the Health Care bill. Not cause I don't believe that it can help alot of people. (And I am one of them) But what I disagree with is the actions of said bill for not having health care. Under those provisions, a person loses the right to vote and own a fire arm, cause they would be a convicted felon. And I have an idea, that may prove to be useful, something that just dawned on me. Now the bill has to get passed, and to the president to sign it. I will be watching, and if it does get signed, then I say, that every person, everyone who sees the immoral nature of this bill, and that the consequences are unconstitutional, find out who all voted to approve it. Then we go to court, not only to have the bill struck down by the supreme court of the United States of America, but launch a class action law suite against the federal government for attempting to subvert the Constitution of the United States of America. Care to guess what the response would be from not only the White House and congress if they get hit with at least 50 supeonas to appear in court to answer for that?

If this materializes, that would explain the camps the govt. has been building. love it or hate it everyone, i think we're on the brink to be rolling around in some serious cow pies

So they put poisons in our food, water and air. And if you can't pay them for their medical insurance, you go to jail.

This is good. It will finally wake up a lot of people.

There is nothing anyone can do now to stop this bill. To many people are in denial, or asleep or hooked on American idol, to give a flip about their government. When they wake up it’s already too late to turn things around anyway, due to all the new laws that these people have past to protect themselves from we the people. Looks to me this Health care reform is going to make billions for the privatized prison that have open up across America. I have to wonder how many of our greedy congressional representatives have stock, or are on the board of directors to some of these privately own prisons? Look’s to me that congress has lost it way after 911 and is using their positions to make as much money for themselves and their greedy friends and they do not have Americas’ best interest at hart any longer. Now it is all about the money!

Who’s got $ 25,000 dollars to pay for a fine? No one! The Health bill is disguised as something else, something more sinister, and something more evil.

There is no government for the people any longer, these people are not representing you they are representing their filthy rich constituents who are willing to pay them ( our congressmen) monies for campaign contribution to get laws pass for their special interest.

Some will say, we will vote them out of office, and that will take care of them.
The sad fact is while these Politian were in office they made their money for themselves and their friends. Their replacements are already wheeling and dealing before he or she is placed in office, yes I said placed because, our votes don’t count any longer. It is now what party is going to pay the most to rig the elections such as the Dieabolt voting machines that we continually hear about as having corrupt software installed to over ride the other party’s votes.

Wake up people, we are all being taken for a ride!

People become Politian to become filthy rich show me a poor Politian that really cares to make some real changes in America. There are none! That should tell you all how corrupt it really is. Healthcare bill, it’s just another scheme to make the Politian in Washington wealthy and to make billions for the insurance company’s and billions for our privatized prisons. Look at how much money the insurance companies where throwing out every day. It was over “one hundred million dollars” a day and that is chump change to these greedy people. Look at what they did with all your premiums you all pay ever month. They lobbied congress to stop the Healthcare reform; these greedy insurances companies cannot stand competition, because they might have to lower their premiums to keep their customers.

So basically if this thing passes, a family who cannot afford their mandatory plan will be broken apart and put in jail? What happens to the children of parents who are sent off to jail?

I'm pretty sure I'll be fined and jailed, as we are facing some tough times and sometimes make choices between food and the electric bill. Should I start looking for a foster home for my child now?
