ITS THE CONSTITUTION STUPID!!

It is the document on which our nation was founded. It sets out the rules by which our nation is SUPPOSED to be run.

I personally believe Obama is either a Kenyan or Indonesian citizen. I also think he is DETERMINED to destroy America.

That ANY American citizen would have such an attitude about the constitution and what it stands for is just beyond my comprehension.

It's not about lowering the bar. Even if Obama was Kenyan born, it does not necessarily mean that he is not going to make the decisions that are necessary for him to effectively lead the country.

Where he is born does not reflect on his ability... it's relevance concerns his eligibility. That law is there for a purpose... namely to protect the office from foreign influence. But let's damn the Constitution for a minute and run with your premise and say so what if he's born in Kenya? ... that shouldn't affect his ability to lead effectively right? So.. I would ask then:

When does this effective leadership begin exactly? Have you seen evidence of it? I know I have not.

Maybe the only point to be made here is that he's inept no matter where he was born?

edit to add: this was sopposed to be a reply to Expat, i must have clicked the wrong button! just wanted to be clear what I was refering to!

please look at this thread sir:

www.abovetopsecret.com...

making a reply that only contains name calling and the like of does nothing to help your side of an arguement. As someone who vehmenently disagrees with the OP, and agrees with you, I don't want to be discredited by your remark. It makes you look just as ignorant or more so than the statement you are arguing. And don't take this as a calling out or whatever, most people are guilty of this at one point or another, (I know I, for one, used to be really bad about it) especially when the point we are arguing against is so incredibly and obviously wrong (in our opinion of course!)
By reacting the way you did, it just makes us look desperate and ignorant.

The problem would be that if he was not born in the USA he would not be qualified to be president, regardless of how he runs the country.

I find it odd that people who were gung ho about Bush and his use of the constitution as toilet paper are now thumping the constitution crying foul.

I do think Obama was born in the USA and will lead the country for at least 3 more years for better or worse.

Now think of it like this, everyone knows politicians lie but this is a pretty big lie. If Obama conceals that he is not Born in teh USA then what other lies would he be willing to perpetrate onto a gullible population ? perhaps if he was also gay and muslim ?

Were does it end ?

If he were gay or Muslim, he would not be any less of a person. There is nothing wrong with being gay or with being a Muslim.

Your post doth offend.

Of course an individual born anywhere could possibly be a great leader. But they aren't in charge their just puppets. But you don't just run for president, your background is examined by various security authorities. If Obama every comes out and admins he's not born in the US it means major treason by media and the security services is blatantly obvious. It's not just an oops it's a deliberate deception. It is unconstitutional and to ignore the constitution means a high degree of conspiratory treason has taken place. There are strong rumors that George Bush Sr. was born in Germany. Adolph Schwarzenegger wants to be president and his friends are Rothchilds. Perhaps Obama is a stepping stone to a blatant admission that the US sovereignty no longer exists. Perhaps at or after the end of Obama's rule it will be made public so people can feel "it's ok". It's really a very big deal, but then again it's all for show. These people are simply not in charge and not leaders and their importance is exaggerated by their handlers to make them appear significant as a step towards dictatorship. All these things have psyops attributes, a herding effect.

I completely disagree. Being born in the US was one of the only things that the founders of this country was important enough to put in the Constitution as a requirement to become president. That, and an age of at least 35.

There are sound reasons for both.

If Obama was NOT born in the US, and it can be proven, he should be removed from office.

Think about it. Let's say you won the lottery with a fake lottery ticket, but nobody else claimed it. Let's say that in 2 years time, someone found out you faked the lottery ticket. Should you be able to keep the money, just because you got away with it for 2 years? No. You knew it was wrong to fake a lottery ticket, and you risked being caught. If you get caught you should give back the money.

Same as the presidency. If it turns out he was not born in America, he should be removed from office, plain and simple. It's not racist....it's a matter of following the rules. It's a matter of fraud.

No one says that because you are born in America BOOM you have the ability to be a great American.
I don't think the George Bush was American and he sucked argument really even is relevant.

We're talking a matter of law, and a matter of constitution and a matter of the founding father's vision for the country. If you go back and read the historic documents from around the revolution, you'll see that they really thought about all the problems they'd seen with government, and they were trying to prevent the same things from happening here. They wanted the United States to LAST, be secure, and for the people to be free and self governing.

Self-Governing. They wanted to make sure that no other country influenced our rule, and that our leader was not beholden by birth to sell this this country out.

We probably have a HUGE problem right now with such things as the Israeli lobby infiltrating our administration. The Saudis are most likely influencing us to heck and back. We can't risk such as that at the highest level! (It's bad enough that some natural born citizens & their families can be bought! Money is powerful, but so is BLOOD.)

I really do not understand why people - Obama supporters or NOT, don't GET that.

To be honest, I voted for Obama after supporting Ron Paul and watching his party poop all over him and his supporters. I turned to Obama, as what seemed like the less of many evils, had high hopes that were, even then, just hope, now dashed on the rocks.

Certainly someone birth place won't effect the quality of leadership they may offer later on in life . The environment they are born into will be largely the deciding factor . Still disagreeing with the Constitution on sound grounds isnt an excuse to violate it . Should Obama be proven to be ineligible to sit in the White House and then he would have to be removed from office . Never the less the whole birther movement is made up of utter nonsense which is racial motivated .

The American constitution has worked just fine since it was written. If Obama wasn't born in America, then kick his arse out, impeach him... He is just a man... no one special! He is not above the constitution. Though I do imagine you will have race riots all over the country... just like you will when he legitimately looses office in the next election.

As an outsider I have to ask, is there 2 levels of citizenship in america? 1 that allows you to lead and one that doesnt? And what is the difference? So does that make those that arent able to lead 2nd class citizens?

Just curious.

If you want a thread with a million stars and tons of flags the headline has to read something to the effect of:

Obama is a stinking liar, a Kenyan Muslim and the Anti-Christ!

Then you would get millions of stars, and flags and you wouldn't have to spend a whole lot of time actually writing anything. Fact is, you could put down breakfast foods you prefer and you would still get so many stars and flags you wouldn't know what to do with them all.

And to these people it's very important where Obama was born because this is the best shot they have at removing Obama from office and thus in their heads saving America from a socialist monster the likes of which have never been seen on Earth or in Hell.

Better yet, fake a birth certificate, or newspaper article and post it online!

"Usurp" is defined as:
to seize and hold (a position, office, power, etc.) by force or without legal right: The pretender tried to usurp the throne.

To lie about his right would cause him to be usurper. It is not the thing you want to do if you value your life. Honestly, I can't imagine anyone having the cahoonas to think they could get away with such a deed in this day and age... unless TPTB told him they could make it happen. Unfortunately, this may be the case.

For one, it doesn't matter, for the simple fact that the America that we live in now is a Corporation. He was hired as CEO for the UNITED STATES CORPORATION. Not the united states of America. So, it doesn't matter anymore where they are born. They are put in there anyway without our permission actually. Because that is who the Elite of the Corporation wanted in there. Barack Obama ,CEO of the Corporation Of America.

Just born in Kenya? Are you saying that is okay or something and we shouldn't care that the *government* would go that far to get someone in office. How far will it get?
and I think if if this was even said out loud and spoken to America by Barack Obama himself no one would even care, he would probably be supported even more because it is a sign of *unity*

I don't think it is totally racially motivated. Some people that worry about it may have that motivation, but there's been a lot of talk about Arnold S. as well and if he ever tried to run, and about how it wouldn't fly with the constitution. Well, last time I looked, he was Republican and white.
