It does look very much hollywoodish. But what I'm wondering is where did they film this and who thought this out. It does look fake but it also looks very well thought out and very well budgeted.

Also I would very much appreciate it if fellow ATS'ers who are in or know the police lingo would let us know what some of the codes mean.

It's OK guys you can come out.

You law guys could probably help put things in the right light. If there is one that is. I can tell there is a lot of normal police activity going on but could some one in the know tell us what "special" things to listen to.

Update, they are now asking for K9 units. and a normal neighbor dispute.

Oh looks like on fifth ave they are getting some kind of traffic, not sure if it people or cars. and some guy just morse code sounded like SOS.

And one officer might be injured. but chatter about it stopped so probably not.

The "black suspects" were related to an armed robbery and not the protest.

According to iReport protesters were on Pitt campus pushing dumpsters in the road and lighting them on fire.
