Hit refresh, I had that before - it seemed to stop, but a refresh restarted it. Or switch the scanners and go back, I think once the embedded player loses the signal it baulks.

Just before they all lined up and marched off, when the vehicles were moving down, there was something right at the back that did not look like a typical vehicle. I was going to ask in the vid stream, but thought no one was talking - then realised after that the text isnt forcing the scroll bar down, so I missed a lot.. lol

but it looked like if they were going to use a LRAD it would be on that thing, looked bigger than a hummer, but perspective is off at that height.

Motorcade of delegates is going that way as i already posted troopers are moving in to sweep them off..

the protestors and anarchists are blocked in from where they came check the stream a thin line of cops blocking it

Now they are looking for the front of the crowd with the LRAD.....those guys are getting ready to be hammered.
