Obviously I think this whole thing is silly, however there is one line in Obama's quote that caught my eye.

"we'd go out and we'd pretend like they could see us as we were waving at folks coming home"

Often when people tell stories which are either fabricated or embellished childhood "memories" the word "pretend" is inserted and can mean that the "memory" is either not clear, or a complete fabrication.

Does that mean he lied?

Not really.

Does it matter?

Not at all.

His mother had two kids and was married twice. My mom has two kids and was married twice. I don't know where you get off calling his mom some kind of whore. His father was a governmental economist and I don't see anything in his biography that would justify you calling him a "radical" anything. The funniest part of this whole thing is that his father was actually a strong critic of socialism, writing a paper criticizing governmental economic planning.

He NEVER said he saw the Apollo Capsule land...he says "THOSE CAPSULES" NOTICE THE PLURAL? He is talking about the PROGRAM ...NOT THE SPECIFIC MISSSION.

Unless you are saying that the first mission to the moon involved several capsules splashing down...otherwise what do you think he is saying?

Obama returned from Indonesia to Hawaii where his grandfather lived in 1971.

Apollo 14 splashed down in February, 1971
Apollo 15 in August, 1971,
Apollo 16 in April, 1972
Apollo 17, on December 19th, 1972

He could have witnessed the capsules brought to port in any or potentially all of these splash-downs from Hawaii atop his grandfathers shoulders.

I missed this ...thank you for the clarification. That combined with the schedule of splash downs above....Obama was present in Hawaii for several of the splash downs. In total him and his grandfather could have gone to port to watch anywhere from 10 to 15 capsule retrievals.

I think you can expect the sound of crickets...as always happens when you debunk this crap...they will slink away and wait for the next mound of BS to be handed to them and they will post...and it will get 60 flags...you will disprove it and get a paltry star and then silence.

Exactly, and as we keep seeing, when basically someones life is an entire lie, eventually that person slips up and trips over those lies. This guy is only 6 months in and he's falling on his face left and, well lefter. We're going to be in for one interesting ride if this goes 4 years.

The issue though is that he has an audiance that he plays to and who will back him dispite how fake he is. If he ousted, things may get really ugly.
