It is about dolphins, but it also spills into animal cruelty, which is very closely related to our food industry (they are slaughtering these dolphins
for their meat.
The only one essential vitamin that I can find is B12, which doesn't actually come from the animal meat itself. It's produced from bacterium which
can also be obtained from the soil. Improperly washed foods would contain it naturally. Some alternatives could be soy products, fortified breakfast
cereals, yeast byproducts, some plant milks, and... of course... feces (lol).
It's really interesting that we need a vitamin that is produced in dirty food products. It seems ten micrograms of B12 spread over a day appears to
supply as much as the body can use. So we only need a tiny amount.
