The reason they would use a civilian is just a precaution to prevent spread throughout the military.

If this woman is right than this information is at least 2 weeks old and according to the reports something that has been ramped up for quite some time before that.

Is the plan in place? Do we have any time left? Will we be able to avoid the vaccines without being murdered for our choice by the security forces sent to force us into it?

There are loads hauled on these highways in the USA that are dangerous, explosives, chemicals, weapons, radioactive materials and yes even bio-hazardous materials. If you are a trucker and want to make some real good money, have the proper endorsements and clearance then hauling any of the above is a great way to make serious money.... And surprise! most of it is hauled for the military, government and possibly even the DHS.

The problem with this story is that usually when hauling loads like this the driver actually knows only the very minimum about what he/she is hauling, just enough to provide proper placarding of the vehicle and safe routing. In some cases loads are escorted by military and/or law enforcement.

If there was some grand plot to haul a lethal contagious pathogen I seriously doubt the plotters would use a commercial vehicle and driver to do it. They could do it themselves with far less risk of contamination and breaches of security/secrecy.

if you only knew of some of the things that are actually hauled legally and illegally in commercial trucks in this country daily, perhaps right through your own towns and cities you would actually be terrified. There is a reason that you don't... And that is all you really need to know!

I believe that woman, every word. Sometimes you just know.

If this doesn't come to pass it will be because people who are directly involved with this were willing to sacrifice their life to stop it.

To haul certain kind of loads I mentioned in my previous post, for the company I was driving for one must first Ironically at that time go through a DHS training program. Funny this thread made me remember that and I dug out some of that old material and took a pic...



Of course that is just a first step... You must have proper endorsements on your commercial licence, and for some loads a security clearance. And of course there is also more training that cannot be elaborated on in a public forum.

The watchful eyes of the DHS are everywhere....

Well, this IS a conspiracy site and I would be remiss if I didn't point out that our Department of Homeland Security has completely usurped powers in 'biological/health' crises from the CDC (You know, those guys who have been in charge of this stuff since their inception.)

Why would a defense oriented agency be even remotely involved in this matter? This is bad mojo.

Also, if Bird-flu should make a sudden evolutionary 'leap' (or sudden outbreak) in the US..., you can bet there will be many who will want the DHS' activities under a microscope... and then what? You think they'll open up their records for us to make sure there was no foul-play involved? Like with our little U.S. Anthrax outbreak, or 9/11?

Sorry, it's late, and I never got over how we ended up with this department in the first place, they seen to serve no purpose other than to further integrate corporations in the government.
