There is not much to judge on....

Object seems too distant and looking back at the original photo i go back to the assumption it is a bird?

Wouldn't say it's a bird.

The reflection is consistent with the distance of the clouds.

I'd say it's part of the cloud.

Few crops I made. Zoom in the first, and transparent on the second.

Very nice.

To me it looks like a cloud with a higher concentration of water in it.

I like it, and would be very interested to hear what Internos has to say.

You should send him the originals.

I cant see a cloud moving that quick.
But it only seems to move that quick.
Who knows, how did you take photo's that quick?
If you did is there like 100 photo's?
We need to see them all.
It depends how long it took to pass.
A cloud doesn't move at 5000mph.

My first thought was a bird, because of the curves. It could be a cloud with high concentration, as you said. Still blurry either way.

Its to big for a Bird judging by the distance away.
But pending more information on how fast it was moving it could have been a cloud.

save the pictures on a folder on your pc
go to preview mode and slide through them
you will see the cars in the backgrounds on street level travelling along with the object (bird in my opinion)
you will notice that this is taking place over a significant amount of time
(cars travel in a cue except for the first one and i do not think they are racing-60km/hour at best)

Your first pic looks like a double rotor helicopter. That would explain the slow speed and reflections.

OP: Was there any noise at the time of the photos?

Great shots, that's definitely something interesting you've got there.

OFF TOPIC: God damn Iceland is beautiful. I'm completely jealous. If I was an alien tourist, I'd fly over there as well.

i animated it, looks like a Jetliner....

Nah, it's not a jetliner. It's a flock of birds. The amorphous shape is a dead give away.

in the animation it last about 1 second, with only 8 frames

spanning it out to 30 seconds like he said looks more like a Pterodactyl at 35000 ft.
