Hello RDC, just for clarity on "enemies of the state". Religious beliefs don't make anyone an "enemy of the state". But if you think for yourself then you are an "enemy of the state".
"I never submitted the whole system of my opinions to the creed of any party of men whatever in religion, in philosophy, in politics, or in anything else where I was capable of thinking for myself. Such an addiction is the last degradation of a free and moral agent." - Thomas Jefferson
I'm not a Jefferson fan but I think he had that right. My point is that neither having nor lacking a traditional faith is not a measure of one's morality. We're all in this together. Even heretics like myself.
...Titled “The Modern Militia Movement,” the report is dated Feb. 20 and designed to help police identify militia members or domestic terrorists. Red flags outlined in the document include political bumper stickers such as those for U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, talk of conspiracy theories such as the plan for a mega-highway from Canada to Mexico and possession of subversive literature.
The Christian Identity movement is a movement of many extremely conservative Christian churches and religious organizations, extreme right wing political groups and survival groups. Some are independent; others are loosely interconnected. According to Professor Michael Barkun, one of the leading experts in the Christian Identity movement, "This virulent racist and anti-Semitic theology, which is practiced by over 50,000 people in the United States alone, is prevalent among many right wing extremist groups and has been called the 'glue' of the racist right." The largest Christian Identity movement has traditionally been the Ku Klux Klan which was reorganized in 1915 by William Simmons, a Christian pastor.
Political Paraphernalia: Militia members most commonly associate with 3rd party political groups. It is not uncommon for militia members to display Constitutional Party, Campaign for Liberty, or Libertarian material. These members are usually supporters of former Presidential Candidate: Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr.

Okay, I'm guessing none of you tin-foil hatters actually bothered to read the document, so I will quote the section that has generated such a firestorm:

Read it carefully. Then check it against the title of the Info Wars article: Ron Paul, Bob Barr, Chuck Baldwin, Libertarians are Terrorists . See the difference?
There is a HUGE amount of distance between the title of the article and the information provided by the document. Nowhere does the document ever say supporters of Paul, Baldwin, or Barr are terrorists. They are merely stating a fact: the militia movement tends to support candidates like Ron Paul, etc.
In fact, there is NOTHING in the document that is false.
As for whether it is a hoax or not, I tend to believe its not a hoax. There are far too many grammatical and spelling errors. For example, the Constitution Party is referred to as the "Constitutional Party." I'm sure a conspiracy theorist knows his own movement well enough to not misspell his party's name. Thus, the document seems rushed, which is a result common in any bureaucratic organization of such a nature. Also, the overall tone of the document is rather official. A true hoax would attempt to stir up feelings of antagonism of the purported brains behind the document.

wouldn't you put them on a watch list?

This is why I renounced my faith in the government. Even if the documents are falsified, the fact of the matter is that the government DOES feel this way about people who go against them.
We are becoming a Dictator lead Socialist nation. I dont like it one bit.
There is hardly anything we can do to stop it.
All we can do is resist and fight it.
