Look at his eyes, his mouth, and his REACTION to the "technical glitches"...

His reaction to what's happening proves it's more than an output resolution glitch, the videos were only cropped & zoomed, and slowed down by 50%, then 20% on at key junctures

This has to be spoken about...this is not normal, and anyone with logic will agree

I admit, that is kind of weird.

It isn't doctored or anything, right? I noticed the mouth thing on regular speed, but the eyes are only really obvious when it is slowed down.

Find the same thing in a video that isn't flash compressed and I'll be inclined to believe the possibility of the reptilian shape-shifter theories. But until that time... bad compression, next video please.

watch it at least twice....again....his reaction to what's happening is what you have to look at mostly...he knows something is up

OP if you're serious then you do, REALLY, need to spend some time doing something completely different. This isn't one of those times where you should trust your instincts ok? just believe me, walk away from your pc and do something, anything else. for at least 6 months.

But anyway: I didn't really catch the mouth thing, but yes, the eyes went all wacky on that first slow down.

Is it a compression issue? I am not sure. Is this clip available from the CNN website, or in better quality elsewhere?

I don't agree with the shapeshifting theories, but at least this video was more than someone insisting that some a-hole, ex-administration a-hole's...eyes are changing shape.

I dont see anything except for a slowed down version of a news caster talking. What exactly are we supposed to be seeing? What parts of his face are shape-shifting?

I didn't catch the mouth 'shift', but the first slow down has his eyes looking like they blink opposite (from the bottom up and kind of at an angle)...

...that's what I think I see in the video. Again, I am not sure whatto make of it as it could be nothing really, but there you go.

However, after looking this video over a few times, it just appears that he blinked funny, possibly due to a contact lenses problem, or an eye-lash in the eye for example.

A wise person asks questions he knows the answers to in order for those who listen to him to seek and find the answer for themselves, through their own thought processes.

I do wonder if there are people who are crazy enough to attack this reporter thinking he is a shapeshifter. Digital methods break up differently than the old analog transmissions, and that is what we are seeing. These people are not shapeshifters.

I guess I will be called a disinfo agent for this one.

Look at his eyes

There's an oddity aat 0:26 that, like somebody else mentioned, sort of looks like he's blinking upwards with his bottom eyelid. But, if you watch the slowdown at 0:37 to 0:41 you can see what's happening: He's blinking normally, with top eyelid coming down, then pauses for a moment, and then the top portion of the flesh of his eyelid is retracting slightly under his eyebrow. Then he again pauses, and then he suddenly flicks the eye open.

It does look...odd. And I've been trying to duplicate it with my own eyes and I can't. Could be related to contact lenses.

Just look at how he seems very very nervous whenever these "technical glitches" occur...how when his eye slips, he's taken aback and closes his mouth in a weird way, then camera pans away

then he slips his forked tongue...look at it closely, slow it down if need be...it's a forked tongue..then he gets nervous

but then most telling is the third sequence, when he jumps and jerks like he has a doctor checking his colon...

this is the story of the millennium....this is proof there's aliens among us...those who can't see it, can't because they can't face the truth when it looks at them hard...makes it a lot more difficult to drone in front of the porno while fattening their already potted bellies
