could it be seen that we are part of the natural order but we are on a different 'cycle' than everything else?
for instance could we be part of the death cycle for the planet? im not the first to suggest that we are hear simply as the death function for the planet, same as any other form of death that will befall an organism? It takes our culture a certain amount of time to cultivate to a point where the earth can no longer sustain our presence and dies? or at least goes dormant? in the Flash of time that is humankind in comparison to the lifespan of the earth we seem to have arrived, and according to some, destroyed/ravaged/plundered our earth in no time..
like the oncoming of an infectious disease on any other other organism. Technology proliferates and developes as the earth suffers, until we release our 'spores' out into space, moving onto a new host and developing anew?
In this light, everything seems to be of a natural order.

(not that i necessarily believe the above, thats fasr too depressing to believe to lead a productive andf fruitful life)..

then again, if part of our presence here on earth is to incur death through negativity, than those of us who are naturally positive and strive for better change and progress are the the forces that beget life? possibly we are the planets will to live, embodied as humans, as the planet struggles internally with the classic struggle.. negative vs positive.. still an entirely natural process
