Many of you dont realise that if conflict were to come to this level, there would not be the slow and systematic buildup of troops in preparation for
a ground offensive........this here what you are talking about is either a win or loose scenario and in that type of game, you are not going to allow
your adversary any form of advantage whatsoever if you can help it.
Not only that but the US has set the precedant internationally to pre meditated attacks in the name of self defence, so why should it be any different
for any other nation that feels threatened?
Therefore if for whatever reason Russia felt the need to attack Israel, it would do so with enough nukes to turn Israel to a pane of glass,
instantly.
Not only that but Russia would be fully prepared for retaliation against itself so I assume the mediterranean sea would have a few russian subs
hunting and taking out Israeli subs, aswell as launching a nuke attack against both Europe and the USA aswell simultaneuously as the one against
Israel because as an agressor in this case you cannot allow your foes allies to have a chance of retaliating on their behalf.
You have, in effect, a scenario where Russia would be taking on the whole world, well, atleast those capable of imediate retaliation against it, and
with a severely weakend Europe, destroyed Israel, and Weakened United States....you will find that Iran would be taking on whats left of Israel,
Russia would immediately begin its March west towards Europe and China would begin its attach upon the US.
This is not something to be done by half if one was to consider it, it would be a "all or nothing" excercise"....the dark horse in this whole
scenario would be India, even now, we are unsure of where their allegiances lie....they a friendly with both East and West at the moment, trying to
play both cards for their own benefit, which in the end may cost them more than they expect.
Just my way of seeing it unfold.
