I have been noticing alot of thread regarding "what is happening with people" "zombies possible" and a myriad of posts about economic woes and various other "human disfunction" episodes like "columbine" stories about people who have randomly gone mad like "placing babies in microwves" etc, etc

I am going to post here a theory that we are in toxic overload and that at some point soon it we will see a gigantic shift over the balance point

For starters on an Ethnographic level I would like to address Human lifestyle particularly in the United States in regards to Dis Ease

6:00 Am to 7:00 Am :

Wake up, shower in city water, contains, Chlorine and flouride which permeates the skin and enters the blood stream, You apply soap loaded with some or all of the various petrochemicals, alkanolamines, (nerve damage, liver damage) DEA (tissue and nerve damage) Propylene Glycol ( dermatitis, kidney damage and liver abnormalities. It can inhibit skin cell growth in human tests, can cause gastro-intestinal disturbances, nausea, headache and vomiting, central nervous system depression and can damage cell membranes causing rashes, dry )

among 600 chemicals in body and skin care products

Then apply your deoderant, which cuts of release of sweat and contains aluminum which is implicated in Alzhiemers disease

after that brush your teeth, add another dose of Flouride

Then you hit the Kitchen, (coffe and Nicotine when applicable) Drink some Oj, think it's good it is, but Aluminum Hydroxide in your body can now pass the blood brain barrier in 5x the amount when in mixes with Citric Acid OOPS

Next Grab a pastry Dod you check the ingrediants? If it contains Maltol a common substance in baked good you just uped the amount of the aluminum entering your brain by 90X

Thats the chemical dose in your first hour

7:00 - 8:00 Hit the gas station, pump some fule absorb the gas and it's additives through your finger tips, hit that highway while your body is still absorbing 90x the aluminium, and breathe in the heavy metals the whole way to work. Enjoy your daily dose of Lead, chromium, Cadmium Mercury and the 90x absorption to 5s absorbtion of that Aluminium, You are if your on the road of course breathing Carbon Monoxide the entire way there

add to that some people still drive on brakes (although illegal, made of asbestos fibers and I have caught them being sold in cheeper stores to this day)

Your safe your at work, urm No Your office is controled by central air, you get little outside air all day, Freon enters your system, Black Mold is rampant in the USA and is found in small quantities in most vents, hallucination, nerve damage applies. Your also under artificial light gathering you zero Vitamin D and also not natural to the eye and overtime can degrade your vision by forcing you to distinguish colors and tpe, sit in front of your computer is it sho\ielded, probably not, enjoy those low dose xrays all day and the effect it has on Melatonin production and your sleep cycle

9:00 - 12:00: More of the same, Plus add some nice stress and all the hrrible known factors in regards to health and mental well being and ageing, be scolded by your boss, an unnatural occurance in anture where an other human being takes control of your body and welfare for the day, wonder how your kids are doing, where your spouse is... it's all part of a days work...add to this, your circulating all the airborne Germs everyone has in the office through the same system all day long assuring that you will recieve a fair blow to your immune system during the day because your enclosed with those people.

12:00 - 1:00 Lunch, but you work in a complex, the food is limited to what is outside your door if your not in a metropolis like NYC you can excpect fast food, loaded with trans fat (which clogs arteries but ask yourself this, if trans fat can clog your arteries, what is happening to the tiny capilaries in your Brain? )

Drink a fountain soda with that fried food known to cause cancer btw, particularly the fries you ordered... and the water is from a municipal source... so here you get your first does of meds for the day

antibiotics, anti-convulsants, mood stabilizers and sex hormones as well as antipsychotics, street drugs, meth, coc aine all in trace amounts

what happens when you mix trace amounts of over 100 drugs in one dose... no one knows

1:00 - 5:00 repeat 8:00-12:00

5:00 - 6:00 repeat 7:00 - 8:00

except doble the stress for both because your becoming tired and your immune system is weaker after your fast food lunch and you liver is bogged down trying to absorb the fat

6:00 - 7:00 try and have dinner while dealing with family problems that arose in your absence, Take whatever you choose to take for stress, more nicotine, asparin a shot of booze

7:00 - 9:00 your day if your not single hasn't ended yet, kids need to be put down, pets need to be fed, homwework needs to be finished, chores need to be done, garbage needs to go out and anything else that needs doing

9:00 Finally for the first time in 15 hours you recieve your first human contact vital to heath, a couple of quick pecs on the cheek from your kids

You should for a proper nights sleep be preparing for bed, but you don't because you haven't had a moment to yourself all day, you turn on the tv, this is your bonding time with your spouse, who falls asleep before you do, your physical human contact consists of them laying against you, you figure "oh well" we can make love over the weekend

You get up brush you teeth and wash your face repeating almost exactly the floride, chlorine petrochemical routine of the morning and finally fall asleep about Midnight getting only 6 of the 8 hours sleep you need and your body wakes up to start the process over again a bit weaker and a bit less capaable of handling it

The weekend, not as bad but your still forced out intraffic and go through the routine, you get little escape, the children need things chores must be done and you and everyone lse in your boat is doing that shopping at the same time driving on the same roads and the heavy metals and the rest are almost as high as during the week...

But you get human contact one day of that weekend and maybe get to make love ... usually though the health beenefits of this will beruined by at least one night of heavy drinking or binge eating at some stressed restaurant over flowing where you wait oin line an hr before being seated

Welcome to the toxicology of the end of the Industrial era

Aids, Cancer and Heart disease are our leading killers, 99% of the population ads addiion chemicals to their system daily from caffine and Sugar to perscription meds and street drugs almost everyone of us is additionally doped Diabetes and Obesity are epidemic, Anti Biotic resistant bacteria are everywhere, New strange disease like Morgelons are being seen and Chronic fatigue syndrome is ever present.

The USA has slipped from the no1 most educated country in the 60's to no 40, the country is bankrupt, people are paranoid everyone suffers from lethargy less than half us bother to vote Job satisfaction is at an all time low and 40 Million of us work in fast food or telemarketing

School shootings are common, child molestation and kiddie porn is in cris proportions, divorce has reached 80% in some places, most children are raised without a family and exposed to all the same junk

Drug use in a war on drugs has seen our HS students replace Marihuana with Meth and heroin over the last 20 years, depression is common place and suicide is part of every teenagers lives growing up among ther friends

We can see the Physical effects...

But what about the mental

I believe that it is not very long before the human minds ability to function is eroded and that it will not be unlike a bathtub overflowing, MS ilike symptoms, agression lack of clarity in thought and memory loss are all building uncontrolably like that tub about to overflow'

war and the desire for war or revolution will be the first response coupled with those wo simply refuse to help themselves an overall lethargy that has already begun, people simply unable to take action and lacking the mental capacity...so dumbed down they simply do not care.

The brain overloaded simply will not respond properly to percieved threats, some acting out uncontrolably others simply doing nothing about it


I would call on evryone to take extreme precautions and go holistic as soon as possible,

remove all munciapal drinking water

end use of microwaves and processed foods at once

embark on a detox program the best being a hot sauna

discontinue use of antipersperants and flouride sources

switch to natural sources of soap and essential oils

alter diet to organic food sources

cut down drastically any drug and alchohol use

quit all perscription drug uses that can be quit, particularly mind altering ones

eliminate sources of excess dopamine in daily life, TV over use and other daily stimulants should be reduced

Change work habits and get into a "work at home philosophy" where human interaction with your family can be part of daily life

Move from cities to fresher air and less polluted location once you can work from home



I firmly believe that a crisis in physical health via cancer and heart disease has been with us a very long time now and we have been entering a stage of neurological break down for the last decade and we are close to a breaking point judging by human behavior

I try to de-tox myself and my family every few months or so!
I REALLY feel a difference.
The best one (I could afford) is cleanse-smart.
I also use Bentonite clay solutions for heavy metals. Dr. Sommes #7

Since chemtrails started.
I used to fast a LOT, but, I get BAD headaches, now and I can't function properly with all I have to do, so I cheat and use stuff like Dandelion root, cassada sagrada and Burdock root.

I occasionally have been fasting but my prefered method id the dry sauna, 2 runs for 15 minutes each every 2 days, it's one of the only things I know of that kills almost all disease and breaks down heavy metals and purges the skin and takes that load off my kidneys

Meditation helps alot pranayama for super oxygenation followed by tibetan deep chant, reactivates mitochondria and does a deep clense of lymph in the blood stream

I seriously believe the slide started with Fast Food, Trans Fat

That the change in diet led to a few things

a drop in IQ among children who Mickey D's ads target all those years, again if trans fat was blocking arteries just imagine what it did to the blood flowin and to the brain

The excess fat storage holding onto alot more environmental poisons and those toxins being released through the month, the fat also adding to a decline in exercise which resulted in again lower IQs and more tocic build up

and a decrease in overall nutrients available during childrens formative years

If you look at the rise in fast food in America it correlates with decines in educational performance witin a couple of years on analmost perfect curve along side the growth of the fast food industry...

Good post. Over the past couple of years I've been carefully monitoring what I allow into my body. While some things are virtually impossible to avoid, some things I have completely cut out are...

fast food, trans-fat/partially hydrogenated oil, antiperspirants, red meat, toothpaste with fluoride or sulfates, detergent/sulfate soaps, "food" with aluminum or other non-food ingredients

...and cut back a lot on dairy.

My vice is soda. No diet soda of course, but soda nonetheless.


I tried the fasting thing, which was an experience. Definitely takes discipline.

any of the major gym chains should have one.

I use 24 hr fitness and it's only 34.00 a month for the membership.

If you don't have access to a gym chain you could always build one but that could get expensive.

The benefit of dry vs wet is the high temperature, a dry sauna is usually around 170 degrees, it raises your internal body temperature so high that you like a fever you simply shred most germs and bacteria which can't exist for duration at these temperature,

It laso being dry forces an extreme amount of fluid to be excreted via sweat and most poison actually wants to come out through your skin, trapped it is terrible for your skin in the long run

I swear by it, my skin is definiively 10-15 years younger than my age from regular use

I have also never met a germ I could ditch in a day or two of sessions if I get sick

another benefit is that you loose alot more weight and cellulite in a dry sauna, your body is forced to work harder in extreme heat and your calorie burn is about 300 calories in about 15 Minutes lol

apparently a single 15 minute session can release as much heavy metal toxins as the Kidenys do in 24 hrs, but considering that your constantkly breathing in more heavy metals this rate of the kidneys by itself probably becomes not enough in many people and a single 15 minute session, for me seems to be enough to keep the heavy metals in my body intact

If I go a week without one I notice it, start feeling various cramps and pains from old injuries as waste builds up in low circulation areas


there is also infra red dry saunas now that are not too unbearably costly in exchange for results but they kind of look like tanning beds (no negative side effects) you just need to be able to take an inclosed space while very hot...

I prefer a traditional wood based dry sauna because you can sit in it and have company, pace, stretch... actually my cell phone seems to have no problem functioning in that heat and a conversation makes it more bareable than thinking about how hot you are does

I have also done a Navajo sweat tent on the res once and that was simply a mental, physical and spiritual purge...

of course a medicine woman is in attendance to make sure your okay and hydrated, but 6 hrs in excessive heat combined with the various herbs in the steam (it is a steam based sauna) will make you hallucinate, it's like a several day fast in 6 hrs, unreal results


and a public dry sauna is fine, but I don't reccomend over use of wet saunas shared by many people, The water used is municipal for starters and inhaled you breathe in alot more chlorine and and flouride than being in it and... there is no avoiding it if you use the pool at all

a good idea, is to exercise first and stretch, stir up as much toxins as you can then do the dry sauna so it comes pouring out while free from your muscle tissues and nervous system

This post is actually serving to awaken me as to how brain damaged we really are getting because the list just grows with each post...nerve damage and or brain damage

Heavymetals (air)

Petrochemicals (soaps, cosmetics)

Transfat (fast/fried food)

Msg (fasatfood, chinese takeout, many processed foods)

Aspartame nervous system, brain damage)

Freon (nervous syatem)

Black Mold (nervous sytem brain damage)

Deodarant (aluminium,)

Tap Water (variety of perscription drugs and narcotics effects total unknown) Flouride, chlorine... whole threads get dedicated to just flouride

Illegal Drugs

medications

Stimulants, caffine, Nicotine

Dopamine stimulats, TV, sexy advertisements, video games, movies

Stress, work, driving, daily life inhibits cognitive performance

Pestacides, food, crops, houshold



This really is seriously frightening the more I examine this, everyone addresses the body because that is what medicine does... but the effects on our minds and nervous system are extreme

Wow sounds alot like my day, lol... our office did have black mold that had to be removed, took almost a week last year to get the health and safety guys in there... just sickening...

Aside from all the bad stuff I do try and drink vitamin water as much as possible, alot of milk thistle, while im at the office, other then that its just drinking the minute I get in the door till I pass out on my desk here... lol

Overall I'd say you hit the routine right on point with typical north americans

Something to think about...
I’m a firm believer in eating seasonally and from close local growers.
First the local stuff.
I’ve a theory surrounding the belief that eating what’s grown in and around your direct environment is healthier for you than eating anything that’s been shipped into your area. Kind of like your body knows how to fend off what’s *bad* in your area - where as it might not be so capable of fending off something that is *bad* and *foreign* to it.
I could go on and on about what I mean but there ya go that’s the condensed version.
As for eating seasonally - I’m also a firm believer in this - though I make acceptations (cheese, gread, pasta, beans).
Basically if something is fresh, serve it up!
If not, I’ll wait until its season comes around again to enjoy it.
I can’t tell you how much better I feel - all around - since I started doing this. It helps I (now) live in an area that is extremely poor but exceptionally healthy and we eat seasonally, you bet'cha.

Oh and about Mc D’s. It’s the root of a while mass of children's problems. I can see soon groups of mass “Adult Survivors of the Childhood Happy Meal” meeting soon in an area near you.

The thing about this is... you cant live in a bubble. you're going to be exposed to harmful metals and such no matter what you do. just be glad that you don't live in Beijing or something where there's so much pollution that you rarely see the sun shine.

For the people who are really worried about this... start eating healthier. start buying organic foods and snacks lacking preservatives. Don't drink soda because thats probably one of the worst things for you. Drink natural fruit juices and teas. Most importantly...Get fresh air!!!!! if you live in the city, take a day off, drive 20 minutes to a state park in your area, and just take a walk. You will notice how much better your body feels the next morning when you wake up... its guaranteed.
