I did some searching around and found some more info on the Jeff Rense site.

using the video on that page i took some stills from the video and i find it interesting that when the UFO goes over the top of the building it reappears smaller and if you look very close you can see it is doing something very strange.

it appears to me to be in a couple different places in a matter of milli seconds from what i can tell.

what ever this thing is it was moving so fast i am surprised the camera picked it up....

once the video has played once you can move the video back and forth and see it better.

I´v always found that video interesting.

the first video you posted ' Makati ' looks extremely fake to me. lots of pixelization all around the the disc and when it lights up and shoots off it looked like cgi for sure. just my opinion and i am no expert.

the second one is more interesting and i have seen it before. i was totaly fooled untill the ship was directly overhead and you could tell imo it was a toy or CGI.

these fakes are getting better and better everyday, but this jeff willes video has yet to be debunked.

i agree with you ...i would love to find a logical reason to debunk this video but so far i cant.

anybody that thinks this is a balloon needs to tell me why....they think its a balloon ? since it does not act or look like one to me.

Amazing footage, I'd love to see it cleaned up and analized.

Can we actually make out an object shooting up into the circle provided by the person who uploaded it. I can't see it, but it's probably due to the height, and the poor quality of utube.

But again this is some of the best footage I've seen in a long while.

It sounds like the CARET proyect is still on duty, you know retrieving extraterrestrial technology to apply it on earthly projects, I found this information through a spanish language site called skysightings.com the CARET project seems to be the answer to the mistery. However how could we know if there´s such thing as a goverment keeping secrets from us.

yes i can see there is an object that goes upwards after it reappears from the top of the building, but it's too small to make out what it is.

if you watch the raw footage in my post at the top of this page you can see the ufo better. what is strange is when it reappears from the roof it almost looks like it split into two or something...i have been wondering if they are just birds that got scared when the craft went over the roof ?

i agree with you that this is probably the best daytime footage ever taken and it's in my top ten list for sure.

Electrostatic flight is always the same as Tesla invented.

The vertical is bad, he can only tell from controls since the pilot
is in the ships own momentum.

He has gravity force vectored from one of his side voltage directors.

Well I just saw lights in the sky like everyone else.
I just associate unknown UFO light to the Foo generation.

Only Foo footage taken in B-17s, in the hands of Air Force Intel now,
has the best images. I heard the windshield was evident as
in VW Bugs and even a drawing by Von Braun comes close.
Sort of puts him into the mix sort of speak cause internal hardware
is noted.


If the Foo technology came from Tesla, the death of Tesla in 1943
was quite convent and most likely made to happen by accident of course.
The drug Versaid may have been used and Tesla did not recover.
Yet if Tesla remained alive would he not finger his intruders.
In any case, all his work was locked up and found its way to Los Alamos.
Germany had received technology from Tesla in 1914 and again
before 1939 before WWII. It all came back in 1945 to confuse people in
Texas and New Mexico and now the world.

it certainly is possible that Tesla did have something to do with creating UFO technology and the time frame in my opinion fits. he could have come up with the concepts that the Germans took advantage of...

wasn't he like 70 or 80 when he died though ? i don't know about the poisoning thing but it's possible.

i would love to see the video's that the military took while investigating the Foo's
