Yeah he died. Those type of things happen more often than you think. Sad to say we still have lots of work to do as human beings.

Things like this does not happen in a vacuum, there's always someone in the background, propping up mischief, by using a dumb dumber to do their dirty washing. When things go wrong, they are the first ones to escape

And they wonder why they have a bad rap. Seriously COPs try and defend what this officer did. Try. it'll look real pathetic when you do.

Can't you guys see what is going on with the policing in this nation and why the hell are you all being pussys who don't stand up to the peer pressure of your fellow officers. Sick, and disturbing. You wonder why you guys have one of the highest suicide rates of any profession. you wonder why you have the hardest time finding people to love you and that you're profession has one of the highest divorce rates in the nation.

Gee we wonder why.

This is getting out of hand. wonder if cops understand that the 2nd amendment is there for the people to repel exactly what you are doing to them. and you wonder why people shoot cops? It almost seems like its their right to shoot the police to defend the principles of this country.

Keep it up and this is exactly what will happen. it's not like its the first time.

i always thought tasers we to be used as a non lethal way of subduing a violent and aggressive person that poses a threat to the life of the arresting officer(s)

why the hell would you taser someone who is already handcuffed?

Good question, ummm maybe if they had a small sick they would. Ummm thats about the only reason...other than being a sadist, and or pathologically ill.
which I suspect a great many of the people who abuse tasers actually are.

Gee how come no COPs are dropping by the thread to post to defend this crooked cop and the police force that attempted to cover up this crime.

Also why we are at it, can a cop please come into this thread and explain how 80% of taser use isn't a complete violation of the escalation of force rule.

Seems like the police are turning into worse criminals than the people they are arresting half the time now a days.

It's not just happening in Lousiana, it's happening all over and to all colors. Ask any sane person in a large city whether or not they feel comfortable around a cop and most will say no. Many do a fine job, and are very brave. I have great respect to those that do, but the bad eggs are making it dangerous for the good guys on the street.

If people only knew about what goes on in the "bad circle" in large metropolitan police departments they would not trust any cop because they wouldn't know which one was good, and which one was bad.

Also, you good police should not try to cover for the bad cops because it might lead to your own demise because of what they are doing.
