Hey soldier, even thou many muslims and non muslims hate sharia law including myself, I actually think it sounds better than your other threads view for the future lol!

Total socialism strikes for massive damage! Just look around you, it's not like total liberalism is working that well in the US. A little more to the left would help, not hurt. Besides, he is no way a total socialist, just someone who seems less focused on armageddon. In my book that's a good change.

One last comment: socialism is cheaper than militarism.

I don't know exactly what is going to happen, how, the timeline etc., but I do feel that Barack Obama is going to cause further deterioration of the U.S. Whether he is the antichrist or the becomes the false prophet to reveal the antichrist I do not know, and truthfully, I am not a big doomsday follower, but I am a Christian and I do know the signs that Christ warned of, and I think the end times Christ warned of are very near, I am not afraid, just watchful.

This is exactly what I've been trying to get across to people. Our form of government consists of Three branches and contains checks and balances to ensure that no one branch becomes too powerful.

think about sweden or norway.

wouldn´t you give 50% of your income to a state that provides you with the best health care in the world, great security and liberty.

This statement is pretty skewed. Income is only relative to your well-being, unless you base your life on senseless greed. Income is a variable based on the needs of people.

So you would rather spend half your income on sub-par healthcare, rather than having great healthcare and only a minor cut in pay? To me, we are already in a false sense of freedom because it's slavery to struggle with our healthcare system which is less than great and way overpriced. To me that is slavery.

Ask yourself why you truly work to make an income?

Anyways all this Baracknophobia is getting out of hand. My best friend is running around madder than Rumplestiltskin with St. Vitus Dance in his pants screaming that we are going to become a socialist country.

I keep on telling him it won't happen but he won't listen.

I seriously doubt that sharia law could ever be implemented into this country. The constitution won't allow it. And quite frankly I wouldn't stand for it myself. At that point I'd have to make it my personal mission in life to actually get into politics and get that out.

It seems to me that Obama's first goal will be to support Muslim expansion in Africa, and I do not want my children to be obligated to pay for Obama's plans to borrow large amounts of money to send to Africa, which will most likely go to support his Muslim, politically active relatives there.

50% of your income is not a "minor-cut." And State-Run healthcare is not the same as "great healthcare." The two are not synonymous.
