It's well known that Obama's a life-long Christian. It's total bigotry against both Obama that he isn't taken at face value on this. It's total bigotry against Muslims that they are all bent on imposing Sharia law; it's not even true of most Muslins. Has the religious beliefs of any other major candidate been called into question like this?

It's also weird that he can be simultaneously criticized as both a secret Muslim and a christian attending a church with a radical minister. Even if he were a muslim, he wouldn't have the power as president to declare Sharia law.

Let's face it; he's being singled out for this kind of attack because he's black. When there are products being sold openly depicting Obama as a monkey, and buttons sold at the Texas Republican convention asking whether we can still call it the whitehouse if Obama's elected, we can clearly see where the root of these attacks are coming from.

Actually he wasn't attending a Unitarian Church, but the Trinity United Church of Chigago.

It's not his color or his race, or even some of the things he's campaigning for, that worries me. It would be nice to see a black man or a woman in for a change. I hope you're right about what you're saying, because my issue is Sharia Law, as it's gotten a lot of attention recently and has intruded into our secular societies where it should not be as it violates our constitution. I hope no one will vote for McCain, because it would be like having Bush in for a third term, four if you count Bush senior. And the world can't take any more of that.

Well, guess what Bucko- Americans are the most dangerous and murderous civilisation in modern history if not ever, and we are quite inclined to fight- thank you very much. Oh, I know you and I are not like that- we just pay for it and that's different.
Anyway, I think that the fights that these ' divide and conquer types' might want would likely come long before Sharia, so don't worry about it.
