Sounds good.

I'll let him know we're moving again. I'll have my post up first thing Monday morning, and hopefully we can get it wrapped up before the holiday.

Thanks, I just looked through it

And I think Ian's snark was about the maria v sdog "skyfloater" debate, not our lackadaisical attitude toward deadlines.

Ian - What's with the '12 hours plus' snark? I am two and half hours late...

Lol, TWISI, I was referring to the 'speed-debate', not you and ADB. Both of you are doing great.

I think we would all like to see some more hair-pulling and vicious eye-gouging, though. It is a grrl fight, after all. Mean it up.

That's what happens when I shoot from the hip...

Seriously though, I wasn't trying to be mean. I see those guys be waaay more hard core than 'specious' and 'wrong-headed'.

Is there 'mean' line in debating/rhetoric and, if so, did I just cross it? Seriously, I want to know.

PS - I would say I'm sorry, but I'm afraid they will start making fun of us again for being 'girls'.

Is this okay to use as a debate argument against you at some point in the future?

I joke, of course. I wouldn't want the swift and righteous consequence that would result...

P.S. I didn't know we installed a beauty salon...

'Bout time, I say...

Actually Little Big Planet has been occupying the most time in my PS3 ironically enough. I finally picked up Grand Theft Auto 4 a few weeks ago and haven't been impressed. They went for a Scorsece-esque approach to the story and it hit with a dud. Vice City is still the peak of the story because its story was told with its tongue firmly in cheek. That being said, Resistance 2 and Killzone 2 are on my to get list very soon

EEEKK!
To me those look more like being trapped in a nightmare than fun. Now that the debate is over, I'll confess that I do play video games, and some of the ones I play are not even 100% non-violent. However, they are all strategy games and non-FPS, like Civilization, Cultures, The Nations, Rise of Nations, Age of Empires, Age of Mythology, Caesar III, and Alpha Centauri (an older game but a real classic).

I have been known to commit genocide, wiping entire civilizations off the face of the planet because they annoyed me, but I don't do it "in your face" style.
Usually, though, I win my games by building wonders, territorial victories, and cultural victories.
