Good post NightVision. I think thats a smart move on your part. Because it alleviates harrassment from people who want to shut you up concerning the situation youve been involved in and it protects family and friends from harrassment as well.

And anyone with an ounce of sense can see why. Debunkers will continue ignoring the reality of this simply to continue spreading false information concerning this case.

That's the whole reason we have to root out the hoaxers like Rutter, because they ruin the serious subject of ufology just so they can make a quick buck.

The same thing happened with the Santilli alien autopsy video. If that was true then it would have been the biggest event in the world. But those of us who sniffed the BS back then were proven correct. Same when Morton came up with the alien interview footage, surely another world shattering event. Where is it now? nowhere.

So if this case was real and you are in Rutter's shoes what would you do? The last thing I'd do was book myself on the Art Bell show and bring out a dvd and start doing ufo conferences, especially if I have a bunch of MIB's trying to blow my head off.

Now I am hearing Rutter came out with a statement a while back that he experienced all this in a past life, anyone know anything about this?

He claims he didn't notice the alien blinking at all until one of the guys pointed it out to him. There's nothing unbelievable at all about that. When something is too close to your perspective, it's easy to miss it.

I have customers that do that all the time. Recently, one of my customers proofread a job that was designed by their old designer and they missed an obvious spelling mistake because it's not something they were looking for, as it is something they have read (a tagline in a big, bold typeface) a thousand times.

Back to seriousness:
The issue with his name doesn't surprise me either. Yes, it would be very dishonest for him to tell people that the government changed his identity when if in fact, all along his name was really Rutter and they hadn't changed any name. But if his name isn't Reed or Rutter, than I can understand why he would withhold that information.

Ohhhhh I see what happened here... When I compiled a list of all the questions that I and other members have asked vision to wich he hasn't answerd AT ALL he decided to dissapear for a couple of pages and think we would all forget. So once again vision although I know this will go ignored because you cant actually answer any of them but please try to.

It`s funny though.
I guess he posts on other forums under different names. At one forum he posts under "odisealinker".

I had my suspicions.
But I noticed that he stopped posting there the same day Visionantruth stopped posting here...... then started posting there again today almost minutes after visionandtruth started posting here again.
Same posting syle, obnoxious, evading, insulting, and rude towards those who disagreed. Replying to questions by posting youtube videos that have nothing to do with the question asked. That selaed it for me.

I asked a question pertaining to Dr. Zohar the guy who supposedly analysed the soil sample of the encounter site.
I asked for the Dr.`s full name, and the real name of "Nuclear Medicine Research and development Hospital" because it does`nt show up under that name.
I was willing to try to contact the hospital and the Dr. himself to attempt to verify this part of the story, hopefully giving some credibility to Reed.

All I got was "Watch the DVD, it will all be explained in there".

Has anyone purchased and watched the DVD? Im not going to waste my money on it only to find out that it contains nothing new, and nothing that is not already available for free on the internet.

Im sure it will eventually be ripped and found on P2P sites as most everything is nowadays. Im just not going to buy the thing without knowing that it will have what im looking for.
In this instance, i`d rather know the ending before I buy the movie.

If this story turns out to be true, i`ll spend some money.
But no way am I going to put money into somthing that most think is a hoax.

From what I understand, he said that it did`nt blink when asked about it.
Then changed his story later.

I remember when that video first came out.
It was never implied that the alien blinked. I myself noticed it but it was never titled anything remotely close to Blinking Alien.

I posted a few pages back that it looks like a lighting artifact.
I used to do alot of shooting and editing for a certain website up until a couple of years ago, and i`ve seen that kind of artifacts show up on different inantimate objects quite a few times.

I also remember somewhere in this thread, someone said somthing about the alien changing colors from blue to brown (could have been vise versa).
No way.... check out the blanket. That changes color at the same time which means that the lighting itself changed. Not the alien.
Could be the tape itself too.
But I think he was using a daylight correction lightbulb for still photos, then shut if off in the middle of video taping.

Daylight correcting bulbs i`ve used are blue and can give that same color effect. It takes out the yellowish hue in a room.

When Reed showed us the footage at the San Diego Ufo Society lecture, we were all quick to jump on asking if the alien was blinking its eyes. There is just NO way anyone, including Reed who was the one FILMING, could've missed that. It's just far too noticeable.

As for Visionandtruth, I'm certain he is linked with the Reed Hoax. All i've ever seen him do is ADVERTISEMENT for Reed all over the internet.

No he started out with the original story when he first went on Art Bell's show, then came out with a few crappy videos. Then when people started to investigate him and started to uncover the truth he changed his story.

Still waiting for verification on this, that's why I asked if anyone had heard about this before.

Ow, well that makes perfect sense. Someone missing a typo or misspelled word is exactly the same as not noticing the alien you just killed and captured and are not taping blinking. Totally the same situation.

Reed has about 4 good promoters on this thread that have done nothing but avoid the actually pertinent questions and then run off for a page or two and come back with more nonsense to avoid answering the questions.

Here is your man johnjohn808, mexican Dr. Zohar Gutierrez which is indeed a specialist in
nuclear medicine BUT Dr. Guiterrez is not and has not endorsed Reed's case at any time. The
alleged soil samples analysis have NEVER been shown to the public despite many requests. Simple.



Regarding the alleged “Alien blinking eye” title and subject of this thread, this issue was
in fact discovered by mexican Daniel Muñoz when he met Reed in his room at the hotel
during the 2000 UFO Congress in Laughlin, Nevada. Muñoz was watching Reed's video
when he alerted Reed and Raith about this issue. They argued about it and Reed as well
as Raith said it was just a glitch, a defect of the 9th generation video copy.

Muñoz kept insisting about the blinking eye but Reed rejected the idea. Sometime later
Reed changed his mind and adopted Daniel Munoz theory. That's it.

Ironically Daniel Muñoz recently changed his mind and now he denies there is an actual
blinking eye in the video while Reed's fiancee and followers claim the opposite. These
kind of contradictions raise questions: Why did he changed his mind?
