Why is America so Backwards When it Comes to Sex?

America really is a sheltered country, whenever animation (Yes cartoons, not even real people) is shipped over from japan, it is HEAVILY censored before being put onto TV for the age groups of 12-18. Pathetic really, they remove so much from the series that the episodes end up haveing half the total number, the plot has to be totally changed to fit things, and some of their excuses are just so lame...

Why do they feel the need to do this? Is it because they mock America's children (The censorship laws + government), are they saying that children from Japan are more mature, but America's children are not ready to see a naked animated baby, or some blood drip from a persons mouth after being punched?

It has some value as well, if a young child sees people slashing at eachother with knives, fists, and guns, where magically no blood appears, their bodies only get less visible due to crappy cut and paste of skin methods, then one child out of them all may just come to believe that this is what happens in reality, so why not go have a fight with their friend using weapons?

I'll tell you why.

First the word sex isn't a bad word, nor are people up tight about it... It's who talks about they way they do thats the problem...

Someone like janet jackson who rips her boob out and for what reason?? attention? to shock? what?? why?

Now casual conversation is another thing, people can talk about sex openly and honestly, I strongly believe that.

But when you get to mtv sluts like christina agullera, britney spears, and other video hoes, that makes it really vile... It's vile because these stupid bitches can't say a #ing sentence without saying "like" but they can't talk about sex and what not giggle and laugh, and look like complete dip sticks.. That really calls for eye rolling, and to know that children and teenager are watching this kind of filth is another reason why.


You know, it wouldn't be a problem if the stupid ignorant ditzzy bitches wouldn't talk about it and sell their bodies because they think they need to in order to sell records. Not to mention talk about it like it's some joke, because kids and teens monitor that kind of behaviour because they are very impressionable at those times.

So again, it's not america that is so backward when it comes to sex, its "who" says it and "how" they talk about it... It's about what they do, what they say, how they say it, that pisses people off...

I don't have aproblem with it, but when I see stupid idiots on tv displaying uneducated behaviour and intelligence on the subject, that makes want to punch a hole through the tv and ring their pretty little heads.

janet Jackson just put herself in that category too.
I didn't have a problem with her before, but that boob stunt was a new low for her.
britney spears is another low class mattress back slut with no intelligence whatsoever, and christina ag has always been a slut and then feels compelled to sing about nobody is going to bring her down. She's another piece of white trash. And then you have the rest of the mtv video sluts, who think it's "cool" to act that way, and expose themselves and talk like a bunch of #ing indiots.


Again it's not that america's backwards, it's the above that turns america off.... It's low class, and that kind of garbage inhibits behaviours of our young people.

I can walk through a mall or down town on a friday sat night and see the g string hangin out the back of some teenager's azs, I see stupidity, dumbed downedness, ditzzy chicks, willing to go suck some guy off in his car cuz he bought her drinks..

I see lil kim prancing around with her top sprung open (which wouldn't be a problem if she didn't "act" like an idiot) laughing, and twirling her haria round her finger...

Wtf is going on here??? do they really think we want to see this garbage??

I mean come on, it's pathetic, it's low, it's stupid, it's classless and I don't want to have to hear about sex topics coming out of these people's mouths...

If you think about it they aren't really able bodied citizens fit for that kind of topic.

I don't mean a nun is either but there is a balance, there is a middle, and these retards are all we have ???

Last week a young girl at my work told me that her best friend called her.

As far as I know Germany is following England now who took the lead in teenage pregnancies

If you have been to Germany and now stay in America it might be different how sexuality is handled but let me take a guess: sexuality in America is just a private thing but still as evoluted as in European countries.

And see, while EU countries have teenage pregnancies and pedophiles on a rise the USA may remain a bit more safe and as far as it comes to me, that topic, is handled better in the USA.

I posted a thread about nudity recently. I am torn whether America is backwards about sex or not. Look at the show "Jack@ss" . They run around nekked and with g-strings all the time. But then you have stuff like the JJ incident. Im not sure what to think, its rather confusing.

Don't be torn, just know that what you see on tv when it comes to sexual behaviour is a bunch of promescuity created by some a hole that couldn't get a job in the real world, what they fail to take notice in is that we people don't enjoy that kind of "entertainment", it's rather insulting to my intelligence if you ask me...

The streaker during the superbowl was NOT edited out? You say it to seem that during the time the streaker was on the field it was edited..uh..no, it wasn't. It was shown for approx. 2 minutes I would guess...and yes, he was running around, running from security guards - naked. So..when you say it was edited..do you mean on the news? If so, I didn't see anything about it on the news, it was all the "Janet Jackson Incident"

Well in the UK, the excuse the US commentators gave for why they couldn't show it whilst it was happening was that although we in the UK might be used to streakers, the US wasn't so the cameras couldn't show it.

Alright guys and Gals I am going to talk mature for a moment so just let me have my piece before we go back to giggling like school girls again.

How many consenting adults here on this board watch porn or have watched porn? I am willing to bet that the number is close to 100%.

Now why did I ask that? Because are any of you scared by watching porn? Can you not live with yourself now that you have watched porn? Of Course not, you even probably liked it and you could have watched it while you were with your partner for a little excitement.

Sex is not a bad thing it is only portrayed as such. Porn is not a bad thing if it is used for what it is meant for and that is for Entertainment of Adults. Now as far as kids go I know that since I was 13 I aspired to get a hold of Porn. I actually can remeber looking at it as far back as 7 years old (even though I did get my but tore up for it and I am not scarred by it. ) and it did not turn me into a Child molestor or rapist.

I really don't have a problem with bare breasts on TV because one of the first sites that my kids saw was their moms bare breast. As for full fledged porn I think that it should be kept where it is right now. Soft Porn I think should be available after 11:00 pm and can be aired by anyone.

Like I said before its not the TV that makes your kid bad its the parent.

Now you can go back to acting like kiddies.
