once again our resident scientist in ahead of u. Years ago we laced all lakes in or around major cities or places of special intrest with a bacteria that counteracted that of anthrax spores and most of the chemical weapons in any know arsonal. By doin this when ever it rains or the water evaporates it 1 cleanses the air of any of these weaons and provides a shields us against these.
