Great study! I stumbled upon it a few days ago. It's nothing surprising but it does change my opinions, slightly. I seriously hope nobody takes
this study as justification to consume more sugar. The same thing happened with white bread and wheat bread. The idea was, "well, white bread is
bad so let's just eat more wheat bread."
Well, that's not very sound logic. It's like saying a punch in the stomach is worse than one to the balls....so stomach punches are good.
