Seriously. How about telling me how HFCS is worse than honey, seeing as they're both 55% fructose and 45% glucose?

If you believe that something that is created in the lab is the same as something created by nature because they have roughly the same fructose/glucose ratio then I dont think you will understand any reasonable argument that honey is better for you than HFCS so I will not waste my time.

Great study! I stumbled upon it a few days ago. It's nothing surprising but it does change my opinions, slightly. I seriously hope nobody takes this study as justification to consume more sugar. The same thing happened with white bread and wheat bread. The idea was, "well, white bread is bad so let's just eat more wheat bread."

Well, that's not very sound logic. It's like saying a punch in the stomach is worse than one to the balls....so stomach punches are good.
