how do I load a pic from my pc?

When I try it comes up an x..

help please!

It has to be 160x320 pixels I believe. You upload it to the upload center uptop. Then put the link that it gives you in the Avatar box in your Control Panel.

not 360x180... 160x320.... anything bigger than that is problematic~
