Trouble is... those things aren't "traditional" to all Americans, even those who have a high standard of morals and ethics. Our tax dollars would be used to hammer one idea of "healthy marriages" into the heads of Americans. Why not focus on the causes of marital strife: like job loss, poor eduction, etc.
