A 10kva generator and 1000 turn voltage up transformer with only
a single terminal ties to the primary will give a lot of voltage to
generate static charges, the is the Tesla pancake coil.

The beauty of it is it does not generate current only static.

Pumping the electron up any away is from the craft in a central beam
like the old TV electron beams will keep the craft looking like a big
positive charge. This is the so called Tesla one wire bulb.


I am now on the tractor beam effect:
This tractor beam is of interest.
Reportedly carrying off cattle.

I now assume the saucer is a static electricity devise.
Surrounded by positive ions and pulled up by a beam of electrons.
Well sort of along those lines.

If electrons are lifting up the positive saucer, then the cattle must be
negatively charged to be lifted up to the saucer.

So beam down some electrons on the cattle.

Never thought I'd ever be talking about beams, all that Tesla
beams I thought was hooey.

I'm back with some bits if information.. as if we do not have enough already.
Did a search on Van de Graaf which should be Van De Graff and I think
Tesla used two a's and two f's.
Also I saw Letterman in the search.
The VDG was used for X-ray dentistry but needed to be in a
pressurized steel tank to produce x-ray voltages.
I gather 80kvdc is not enough and one million suffices.
Tesla's x-ray coils are used today.
The idea that ac agitates the either binging a plus and minus buildup
but never enough to discharge is critical for levitation.
If you want to go beyond Letterman.

Like charges repel... so the pie tin is ejected.
But if in contact there is no rejection.

What causes the initial separation from gravity.
Electrostatic momentum due to charged atmosphere.
Once the weight of the top tin is nullified, the repelling of
like charges takes effect.

So far the UFO effect is being discussed as a like charge imbalance.
TT Brown being somewhat the reverse of the technology.
AC coils as in x-ray technology set up a craft in an oscillating
charge field.
At a timed negative charge, an anode draws in more electrons from
over head and upward movement is provided.
A like charge imbalance requiring two charging circuits.

If it works let me know.. this is a new one.

The van de Graff is still useful in the UFO as a spark for the helium
motor to spin any high voltage high frequency generators.
