I actually just noticed when I clicked the camera for updates. It´s still the same picture. You´re right. Last night, that long ago eh? So, she burped last night and 25 minutes later the camera froze...

Maybe this has something to do with it...sounds ominous...
earthquake.usgs.gov...

grrr...linky not getting through to proper page...just look at the MSH area on the map...it'll get you to it.

On second look at the Accuweather sat shot, it looks like a fairly wet day in the area as well...lotsa low clouds and rain...here's hoping that's all it is.

Oh VAL!!!!!

Oregon scientists monitor bulging ground

BEND, Ore. (AP) — A recent survey of a bulge that covers about 100 square miles near the South Sister indicates the area is still growing, suggesting it could be another volcano in the making or a major shift of molten rock under the center of the Cascade Range.

I've been accused of "over-sensationalizing" my concerns about the Cascades/MSH volcanoes. So in an attempt to not over-react...

HOLY MoF!

Good find WW, sooner or later something big is going to happen in the Cascades, hopefully not Rainier

Something jicky happened at The Husband and Frissel Pt (3 Sisters) in the past 24 hours. Whatever it was, both webicorders picked it up.

Last 12 hours of 09/17 for The Husband:

First 12 hours of 09/18 for The Husband

Last 12 hours of 09/17 for Frissel Pt.

that is odd.

I also noticed that St helens and Rainier are looking a lot alike. That kind of wories me. When Rainier was acting up last time they said that Rainier does not pick up St. helens and vise versa. They are not on the same system so to speak. Looks like something big is about to happen. I read last night that there was a big solar flare again. Have you noticed that after a solar flare, the cascades will start talking and then there will be a large earthquake somewhere?

With conspiracy I was reffering to the HAARP topic. You know? Everything that happens and doesn't seems to be logic is a conspiracy
and of course most of those come from the USA

PS: Not denying there is maybe something going on - geologically.

Mt. Rainier webicorder over the past 24 hours has been quite disturbing:

Mt. Fremont:

Camp Muir:

www.pnsn.org...

www.pnsn.org...

Camp Sherman VERY DISTURBING!
:

Longmire:

This just isn't right. There's activity happening that is getting picked up on multiple webicorders. Not good.

Hello! Just back to "over-sensationalize" this situation a little bit.

Rainier has developed a consistent "heart beat" very similar to MSH and has continuous indications of possible magmatic encroachment into new rock. Somebody needs to pay attention.

Well, I dont know if this is anything or not....we all know how I can overreact with pics. Anyway, is that smoke?

I have been watching the cam, and it does seem to be changing shape like smoke would. Anyway, what do you think?

And what is up with that orange smoke comming out of Mt. St. Helens right now?
