I don't understand how anything that causes death and destruction can be considered beautiful.

Weapons deter violence on a far broader scale than do they destroy. (always have, always will)

Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder & any WW2 vet who ever had the opportunity to hold the controls of the North American P-51D Mustang would agree! The Spitfire may have won the Battle of Britain, but the Mustang won the war in Europe!

But I still think the most beautiful weapon of war is the human mind!

Actually although it was a great airplane the mustang was introduced too late to have any difinitive effect, so say the historians...now the P-47 is a different story...

TRUE! It did appear late. The P-47 Thunderbolt wasn't affective until they "razorbacked" it - a design already integrated into the P-51D based on needed changes from the B model mustang. Both were great planes in thier own right though!

The mind

As it has the ability to create and use all weapons

The most beautiful weapon must be Lockheeds " Puff the magic dragon " both visual and when firing cannon and rotary guns sounding as well.

The atomic bomb may have saved millions of American's lives and helped the U.S. win the war but I hardly would call it a beautiful weapon.

No weapon that harms another is a good thing. Afterall Violence isn't a good thing. But you must admit that an atomic bomb exploding looks magnificent. What a site.

I think the tendency of soldier to stand in the frontline with their chest held up high against all odds is the most beautiful weapon of war ever.

This thread isn't even a joke is it?

Okay, my most beautiful weapon, and my most favorite person, have both yet to be invented and yet to be born.

It's the man who invents it and the man who makes it useless.

You're into weapons.
You are all sick puppies.
I bet most of you are religious.
It's people like you that keep me laughing through cold nights.
I suppose I shouldn't complain then.

how do you...?
Nevermind. Useless question.
