We'll if the lot of you dont know, Im indian.

Punjabi Indian, Born into a Sikh family.

See the whole world has been thrown into a big mess over this whole gay marriage thing.

Man........

I have to worry about an arranged marriage to some girl I dont know.

My religion finds nothing wrong with Homosexuals,
My culture on the other hand, im not to sure, 50/50 I guess.

My question is What do you think about arranged marriages, and more so...Arranged Gay marriages?

I mean its one thing to look for a Girl for a boy, its another to find your son, another son :shk:.

Seeing as how arranged marriages are usually done, to unite families politically, by producing offspring that is then of both families... I fail to see the point of an arranged gay marriage....

Well, if the parents know that their kid is gay, they could have an arranged gay marriage. Just make sure the ones involved actually like each other and are gay for each other.

Regarding children, they could always adopted a few.

I imagine if they did, and it wasn't the person's "thing"...then they'd likely reject their cultural tradition and go seek a spouse elsewhere, as many others do, who are unhappy with such arrangements.

May be tradition, but nobody can FORCE another to marry someone they don't want to, at least not without your participation in it....
