I can't make avatars so I thought I'd google some. I found an image I'd like to use, it's not officially an avatar though. Is it ok for me to use it or do I need to get permission from somebody at that website to use it?

The use of images for avatars pretty much falls within "fair use".

Yes, yes it is. I made mention of this in the top post, but my text color is still white from my previous avatar, and apparently I've spent all my points without even knowing it recently. So I can't change my text color until I get a few more.
