Nerdling, what is it that keeps you from understanding that war is not a crime? There is no Miranda rights when dealing with the enemy. Are you too young to have a concept of wartime conditions? It looks as if you are the poster child of my first post.

This really isn't about getting revenge for 9/11. This is about capturing future attackers who could be planning to do a terrorist attack in the United States.
