Since Freemasons control the government, and your position in the government is based on your Rank in Freemasonry, I have compiled a list that links the two:

1 - Garbage Collector
2 - Garbage Truck Driver
3 - Mailman
4 - DMV Teller
5 - Local Tax Office Teller
6 - Firefighter
7 - Police Officer
8 - Firefighter Helicopter Pilot
9 - Elementary School Teacher
10 - High School Teacher
11 - Police Chief
12 - Deputy Sherriff
13 - County Sherriff
14 - State Marshall
15 - FBI Agent
16 - CIA Agent
17 - Special Forces Agent
18 - IRS Tax Collector
19 - Mayor/City Committee Chair
20 - County Chair
21 - Governer
22 - House Representative
23 - Senator
24 - Speaker of the House
25 - President Pro Tempore
26 - Director of the FBI
27 - Director of the CIA
28 - Supreme Court Justice
29 - Secretary of Defense
30 - Secretary of State
31 - Vice President
32 - President
33 - The Secret President

Feel free to make any corrections or suggestions, but I am sure my inside source is quite reliable

Those all sound like respectable titles. It would be way cool to be an FBI or CIA guy wouldn't it. Or you saying you have to be a Mason to be some of these titles? How much are dues?

Why scottish rite? Why not york right? Where are the shriners and crpytic council and the like? Why is an elementary school teacher 'greater' than a police officer?

These are the degree titles in the scottish rite, minus the 33rd, since its an honorary degree. How do any of the titles match the positions you assigned?

I can't really tell if you were being serious or not but..

As a former schoolteacher and the son of a firefighter, I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that your list is completely wrong.

Also, I guess Condi Rice is a 30th degree Mason? Who knew?

I had a hard enough time coming up with 33 items for the Blue Lodge / Scottish Rite degrees. Another ten to twelve would have made me go nuts.

And, yes, I am just messing around. I am quite proud of my "Secret President" office in particular.
