If there is any truth to that post, shouldnt all members have access to it ?

It would affect all of us, not just those that can access RATS

ATS has never been contacted, the owner of our site has spoken and we are safe the government do watch us though, but i dont think we have been contacted about IPs, etc

Were that to be the case, to post or not to post depends on your level of nervousness of having it read by the gov.

If you post you want to kill the prez, if SO/SG are "the man" you're screwed ....... if not, it's a chance post that the men don't read it.

Really, if you worry this much you need to get outside more. The government doesn't care about you. Sorry everyone and anyone they just don't worry about you. ATS is not some "Terror Network"(If these do exist) and I doubt Simon is getting us ready to invade and take over the U.S. Just please get out a little more. The government does care about some of us because as I pointed out in the RATS thread, a member of another forum I am a member of was paid a visit.

What I'm curious of is why I can no longer access that silly RATS. I paid my little points fee long ago.

Not that I'm dying to get back in there. I wasn't all that impressed by it.

You have to go back into the ATS store and pay your monthly fee.
It's no longer a one time payment.

It could have happened, but I would not put faith in someone I have not meet unless you have known him for quit sometime......trust him, ofcourse...but to believe things such as visits from "the man"....Im not so sure about that.

Yes, the site admin confirmed the subpoena.

EDIT: I really wanted to keep this in RATS because I did not contact the person to ask if I could post his story here. He posted it in a private forum, not indexed by google. I posted my thread about it in a private forum and hoped to keep the discussion there.
