I can see your not posting any more serious riddles... so im leaving for today. The previous riddles/questions were nice though but not hard at all.

serious riddle ok

A bartender gets an ice cube weighing 20 grams from an ice bucket and puts it into an insulated cup containing 100 grams of water at 20 degrees Celsius. Will all the ice melt? What will be the final temperature of the water?

All the ice will melt, and the final temperature will be 20 deg.

Ok that was a brainy hurty one, and took me back to by chemistry days:

All the ice will melt, and the final tempreture will be 3.3degC

If that ones right, try this one:

Keeping the numbers 123456789 in order, make them add up to 100.

You can use addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

yeh that was a tough one but bravo old chap is what i would say if i was 60 but you deserve a congratulations

by the way amazing

here is how you work it out in a chemisty test
Wi×Hf + Wi×Sh×(Tf - 0°C) = Ww×Sh×(Twi - Tf)

Where
Wi = weight of ice = 20g
Hf = Heat of fusion = 80 calories/gram
Ww = weight of water = 100g
Tf = final temperature,
Twi = initial water temperature = 20°C
Sh = Specific Heat for water = 1.0 calories per gram per °C

Substituting the values we get:

20×80 + 20×1×(Tf - 0°C) = 100×1×(20°C - Tf)

1600 + 20Tf = 2000 - 100Tf

120Tf = 400

Tf = 400/120 = 3.3°C

pretty complacated
