obscenity, is not protected speech.when everyday joe and suzy sixpack would find the speech reasonably lacks community standards in political, scientific and artistic value.

displaying child porno is not protected speech for obvious reasons

speech that encourages illegal actions or conduct and it can be established to have caused the act
