My brain doesn't say "yes", as there are some details missing for it to look like a real lemming.
For example, the surface doesn't look like fur, it looks just like the other rocks around it, and the "arm" doesn't look complete or with a working joint.
The side doesn't look like a smooth natural animal curve, it looks like it has a relatively sharp edge between the side and the under side.

I do not have a chip in this game, just curious, but if it's Mars, nature carved a cool rock....

Partly created by nature the rest is done by our brain.



As ArMaP mentioned , its front leg is part of the rock not an appendage.

This was one case of two rocks creating the appearance of an object with two different colours.
