The magnetic properties of graphene oxide are stable, and once it has established itself in the synapses.I can see no reason why it can't be read in the individual like a barcode. Each individual would have a different reading thus identifying the said person. Barcodes used to be magnetic ink. but now I think they are just read by infrared lasers. Either way, if it's a fact and people have been coded then that's that you are a product. Branded.

If graphene is around 100$/gram then that means 0.10$/mg. if they're putting 1mg of graphene into each dose, then that's only an extra 0.10$ per vaccine.
