I think a lot of moves are being made because the information coming out wrt the origins and intent of the coronavirus are reason enough to formally declare war or at the very least, crippling sanctions.

"The number of China's nuclear warheads must reach the quantity that makes U.S. elites shiver should they entertain the idea of engaging in a military confrontation with China."

The current number of Nukes held by all sides makes any reasonable person shiver at the thought of military confrontation with China , increasing their stockpile of Nukes will not change the fact there will be no winners in a Nuclear exchange.

No point worrying about it if there's nothing you can do about it.

I thought the 'elites' loved China - they're certainly on record praising it a lot.

not the first time China threatened to nuke the U.S., probably won't be the last.
what i don't understand is why the U.S. still does any kind of business with a country that has repeatedly threatened to nuke us, and is actively trying to start sh@@.

Most Americans appear to be blissfully unaware of reality.

Possibly the complete inverse.
Maybe we are threatening nuking China when it’s found they released a global bioweapon to punish the US? You know how liars work, they blame the person they just lied about to play victim.

Didn't bother reading the sources then?

It is CCP making pretty plain threats.

Yes, we do know how leftists like to project their wrongdoings on others.

Thank you for the example.

Dirt cheap labor costs equals more profit. They could care less about the politics as long as the money keeps rolling in. Just look at where Wal Mart gets their cheap crap.

i understand that, i also understand that a lot of companies have been heavily invested in by Chinese businesses and the CCP.
but there comes a time when business be damned, and it's past time for that with the CCP.

there's always Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, then we could solve three problems at once.

I don't see China destroying the same peeps that owe them monies.

The bankers would never let them make that mess for a start.

It might still be a M.A.D world but you simply cannot get blood out an irradiated stone.

With what navy???? LMAO China can suck it. Very few of their nukes would make landfall on the U.S. mainland. Meanwhile, we would wipe our ass with China.

China has a no first strike policy and a victim mentality.

It absolutely won't launch until after America has launched. That way it believes that history will see it as the victim.

China has a no first strike policy and a victim mentality.

It absolutely will not launch its missiles until the entire rest of the world can see America's are already in the air.

In fact it's entirely that China might simple take it up the rear end and deliberately not retaliate in order to ensure that history records it as being the victim and not the aggressor.

You need to understand how China thinks. It like to strut around in big boy pants making big statements and issuing big threats, but behind al of that it sincerely believes that it's the victim of foreign imperialism, and it wants history to see things this way as well.

It's why domestically they make a great deal out of the resistance against Japan in WWII, but internationally they do the exact opposite.

The resultant radiation cloud would pass over Japan with devastating results and then meander its way to California. This does not seem very smart.

Keep the Nukes out of it.

Besides, if China did start it, I think Russia would take it out. The one who first launches gets all of the replies from everyone who has Nukes.

No win, but a severe reduction in the number of Chinese.
