Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court judge ruled that 2,349 absentee ballots in Allegheny County where the voter didn't date their declaration are invalid, reversing a lower court judge. This is a Trump win.

This is the same judge who ruled that partisan gerrymanding did not violate the Pennsylvania constitution. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned his ruling in that case.

This will probably not stand either.

Oh my goodness!! My mom just found a dumped voting machine in a grassy area right by her bar (in Savannah, Ga) from Fulton County!!! The feds are on their way! This is about to get crazy!

There is no way it could have impacted the 2020 election because it does not print ballots, and this state has switched entirely to voting on paper ballots.”

What it really looks like is that someone has had some fun trolling both sides by dumping a defunct voting machine.

It isn't very helpful given the current situation but, on the flip side, it is pretty funny.
