The play would be to threaten to release the photos and also sensitive information they obtained from other sources but attributing it to the new victim. Even if they own up to the fling it still makes them look poorly as a trusted member of the administration, what foreign agencies are hoping for is that you don't want to go public.

99.9% of people would think poorly of the people taking the video and the woman if she were involved.
It's not compromising at all.
There would have to be something untoward about the activity for it to be compromising.

After watching Borat 2 I have to say....its absolutely hilarious. Sometimes rambling, making you wait for something worth seeing...the funny parts are just...hilarious. The fertility dance had me dying. Even my wife laughed, and she doesn't like "dank" humor that much.
