Are we finally gonna see a riot to match Cronulla?

I think she is young and naive, wanting to stand up somehow. Probably not the wisest thing to do given how tough things are there atm. At the same time, her actions revealed even more the intentions of whoever is really in control there. Is it just Dan or is he only the puppet? But then, I'm not sure what you mean by endangering her child. Do you mean in the sense that she's a target for the authorities to "set an example" or danger from Covid. Either way, you seem to agree these draconian measures to silence people are worrisome.

Is she being treated under terrorist laws?

It seems that freedom Day isn't an original idea of hers and it's only her Facebook status which makes her an "organiser".

What are the penalties in Vic for ignoring covid restrictions? Is it a misdemeanor?

I was looking at the penalties for incitement and it goes from nothing to life, so not that helpful.

But I doubt any charges will be laid. This is all about sending a message.

And everyone knows their place now.

I wouldn't be protesting with mass crowds during a pandemic whilst pregnant.

But that's her choice. Her body and all that...

If Australia is testing grounds for the "NWO" I would actually believe it now.

I am expecting a peaceful protest like the recent ones in Berlin and London. I expect most people will be civil about it. Tensions in Melbourne look to be getting tough. With some numbers estimating 100's thousands of protesters, the police are out of luck if they think they can arrest all of them.

For those that do act civilly, the worst the police can do is lock you up for a bit and give you a fine. It does make for a good time to express your concerns in the government handling of this situation. I expect a lot of the police are just trying to work this mess out, they do need a strong solid case if they are to take on some of the big players pushing all this madness.

Who's in charge?

I'm guessing the socialist alliance and their creed would be against it.

I'm actually in Queensland where life is kind of normal here. The border laws are tight but other than that, hot spots are being monitored etc. Alerts go out where there is a new case. The stuff I expect, tbh. So much is happening all at once and I struggle to keep up with not just news here but world-wide.

From what I understood about the rules, mostly fines and warnings going out to those who don't wear a mask or wander too far from home down there. Prior to this, I would have thought she'd get a formal warning - after which FB would have taken down the event page. But now apparently they can just arrest people. The "laws" seem to be changing so fast since I'm sure this lady really didn't think she'd get arrested for organizing an event.

I'm in your boat.

I've dismissed most of the Melbourne complaints as a result of them liking AFL but I'm starting to question that.

Latest News of Chen Chu-Shil

Dan Andrews sold out Victoria to China with its belt and road initiative, against the will of the federal government. Chen Chu-Shil is one example of justice in China. The government is so corrupt and weak that it cannot handle even a small bit of criticism, let along talk about facts that matter to the rest of the world.

Lets hope all this turns around before it gets too late.

Yes, I was very angered when Dan signed that belt deal with China, as were many. It's getting to the point where people are gonna have to stand up, or become totally enslaved.

Update from the 9news mobsters, the woman, Zoe has been released but now faces a $20 000 fine. With strict warnings going out to anyone else.

Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci are tied up close in it. WHO and UN also heavily infected. Event 201 helped the main players get organized in how they are to play this game. Resistance is expected.

There is a growing awareness among the legal community to a lot of the inconsistencies and over reach by the state government. Serene Teffaha is one that has started a class action against unlawful restrictions, she seams pretty busy now, has a website at:

www.advocateme.com.au/

There have been a lot of breaches made from the Federal government 2015 Biosecurity Act along with other legal and medical issues. There is a strong legal argument that a lot of these fines are to be dismissed. it is looking like it will take a while for the courts to process these fines, I recommend anyone who got one to challenge it. Try and join the class action if you can.

After pregnant woman is arrested it must be a ‘national day of shame’

Sky News host Rowan Dean says this is a “national day of shame” and Victoria stands condemned in the eyes of the world after a pregnant woman was arrested for ‘incitement’ following an anti-lockdown Facebook post. “I don’t care what your emergency laws are. I don’t care what your lockdown special police think they are doing,” Mr Dean said.

The Victorian woman was arrested in front of her children on charges of ‘incitement’ after allegedly organising an anti-lockdown protest on Facebook. Mr Dean said the prime minister must take action against Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews straight away.

“Scott Morrison, enough is enough, step in now, boot this clown Andrews out of the National Cabinet,” he said. “And tell the Victorians they’re getting no more GST, no more commonwealth funds until they stop this madness.

“Finally stand up and say we are not going to have pregnant women arrested in their own homes for posting online a legitimate political point of view.

“Scott Morrison show some bloody leadership.”

I think she's an idiot and she was endangering her child and others by organising mass gatherings.

But that's completely irrelevant in this situation.

Sorry but I don't see one thing that would be endangering to a pregnant woman in her post. She should be allowed to plan a peaceful protest, if 'other people' are allowed to riot and burn without consequences. She did absolutely everything right, from following health guidelines to asking politely, to stating that it is a free country [which it clearly isn't].
A pregnant woman is totally capable of walking, standing and holding up a sign. In no normal circumstance is she endangering herself or her baby with any of it. Actually I would assume she is safer doing a peaceful protest than crossing a road or ride in a car.

However living apparently in a tyrannical nightmare, she was actually assaulted and stressed for no reason whatsoever by the thought police. If anything is harming her baby it's them, not her. How is she supposed to know that you can't have an opinion and that the danger would be something YOU din't even see coming?

So no, she did nothing wrong or dangerous at the planning state, who would have thought the danger comes from the police eh?

I think this is insane.
But also her having an ultrasound scheduled is irrelevant. Yeah, it sucks, but unless it was to check the viability of the fetus, it isn't something that can't be rescheduled. The link posted further up makes a big deal saying she was "arrested moments before an ultrasound". Come on! If one side would stop with the pandering then maybe we could make progress.

And therin lies the facts.

"the danger comes from the police" ---- just gold and sadly completely accurate, can't believe the police are actually enforcing the communist agenda.
