Phil Schneider...I'll go with disinfo agent. I don't believe that he was a complete fake because I listened to his speech and many of the things he brought up has me convinced that he had access to inside info. Whether or not it was from first hand experience or if he pilfered it from someone else, I have no idea. But...if anything, I'd say he was providing disinfo sprinkled with truth. Which is what the majority of info is anywhere you look when it comes to UFOs
