6 suspected cases have been tested in Chile in the last 3 weeks, but have turned out negative. 1 of them was from a person that arrived from China last Wednesday. It turned out negative also. Link (in spanish)

I ignore how the government is testing the coronavirus. Probably like everyone else. I know the government is collaborating with South Korea in this matter. Link (in spanish)

However with the test turning negative lots of times who knows. They should be taking more precautions. Last I knew, Chile is NOT screening arriving passengers for fever. I hope this has changed.

Again this is just my theory and nothing more. I have no intention of spreading any misinformation.
I am not a doctor nor a scientist. I am just a concerned civilian. I would like to share my thoughts and ATS seems like a good place to pass on information.

I've read that mosquitoes are bats number one source of food. Is it possible that the bats ate the genetically modified mosquitoes and then humans ate the bats causing the mutation or infection?

In my opinion the only way to stop this would be to create another bacteria/nanobot that spread throughout the worlds atmosphere which could be helpful and regulate healthy non dangerous bacterias while destroying the dangerous damaging bacteria. In essence fight fire with fire, boost the worlds immune system augmenting all life so this and other damaging viruses could no longer harm life on earth.

Go back far enough in time time and we all came from virus and bacteria, at least parts of us did. We are still a host to a big range of bacteria doing all kinds of stuff in our bodies. I do have some concerns about eliminating all the virus and bacteria in our environment, I expect Earth will look a lot more like Mars if we did.

I am seeing the fight here is on developing the right antibodies. These are very complex cells with billions+ of different variations. Each one designed to target a specific cell, virus, bacteria, pollen or some other invader in the body that is not welcome. These antibodies are just one small over part of our immune system, but is a part that can be readily transfused without too many complications.

For people that do relapse with the infection, low levels of antibodies appears to be a common and important factor. There has been some work going on in artificially creating antibodies from genetic code and is currently available for a few diseases so far. if I had a billion dollars to invest, this is where I would be putting my money to take down this demon and send it where it belongs.

When his patient load started to reflect a growing trend of Pneumonia classed patients. Enough to make him realize he had something which looked like an epidemic? He would have been treating for a regular flue load as it was winter, probably when he noticed they were dying and not recovering. I do not think that is a good idea. We have a relationship with viruses that go as deep into our DNA. Our bodies also seems to coexist with virus that it couldn't fight off. We need them to keep evolving.

So no, we need them, be it bad or good. Whaat we need to do is stop messing around with nature, start respecting her and learn to live in harmony. Be posting shortly. Just got back in. What a day. Frenzy shopping now being seen where I live. Not panic, but people that are aware of future possibilities seem to be buying the necessities. I do got to say, I really feel for people in the big cities in America, them people just aren't disceplene to follow the laws. Couldn't help but say it. I lived in LA during the Rodney riots and even Fedco got hit pretty bad in Ontario.

Update on Diamond Princess : 2016-020 Sunday Tokyo time 5 pm

Canada: 15 Canadians are currently infected (keep in mind approx. 3700 passengers may not have been tested yet)
Approx. 255 Canadians were originally onboard
Canada now is in the process of chartering flights. (hope the planes are cargo type and have the necessary
equipment on board

Hong Kong: About 330 Hong Kong residents are on board.
Of the 330, 11 are infected (condition unknown or has not been released yet)
Hong Kong is now in the process of getting chartered flights to evacuate its residents
Not sure if the infected will be included
