When it happens to them in the future, they will scream to high heaven about how wrong what they just did themselves is.

The future? You mean the past?

Like the one million pointless hearings into Hillary Clinton in fear of her running for office? Or the Real Estate investigation that ended with President Clinton getting impeached for oral sex?

Please...

Trump extorted a Foreign Country for personal gain and used Military Aid to do it.

It warrants an investigation to make sure no one is missing anything and if confirmed he needs to be impeached.

No, the Future. The Democrats are setting a precedent for all future Presidents to be treated this way with improper proceedings. And yes I did watch Lindsay Graham on my lunch break.

You do understand the the rules the Democrats are operating under are the ones that the REPUBLICANS put in place in 2015 do you not?

Which ones were those exactly? The allowance of behind closed door hearings? If so, it is what it is.

But, I think most of the shenanigans that is really really disturbing is the all-Democrat secret hearings taking place in the SCIF. Still trying to determine if even one Republican was present....don't think so.

YES the GOP have been present on each committee AND afforded EQUAL time to question witnesses being deposed.

I understand your confusion given the BS that is being peddled to interfere with the investigation.

Schiff, Pelosi, et al don't want due process for POTUS Trump. It is the reason why they "decided" to start the ILLEGAL impeachment inquiry using a SCIF.

...
Access
Access to SCIFs is normally limited to those individuals with appropriate security clearances.[3] Non-cleared personnel in SCIFs must be under the constant oversight of cleared personnel and all classified information and material removed from view in order to prevent unauthorized access.[4] As part of this process, non-cleared personnel are also typically required to surrender all recording, photographic and other electronic media devices. All of the activity and conversation inside is presumed restricted from public disclosure.
...

Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility

SCIFs are not supposed to be used for impeachment, as it allows democrats to keep in secret what actually was said. Not to mention that it doesn't allow most members of the House to cross-examine witnesses. It also doesn't allow for POTUS Trump/Republican witnesses to be interviewed.

In other words, doing the ILLEGAL impeachment through a SCIF allows for democrats to control the narrative and for them only to show what they want the public to believe, and they don't have to present the truth at all...

Only ignorant people would use that as if it was proof that the ILLEGAL impeachment using a SCIF is okay... It isn't.

BTW, Representative Trey Gowdy was talking about the BENGHAZY INVESTIGATION in that quote...

Rep. Darrell Issa Booted Out of Benghazi Deposition

Nice attempt at disinformation by leaving out that that particular quote was about the Benghazy investiation, which did have to be done in a SCIF... However, IMPEACHMENTS are not supposed to be done in a SCIF, as it denies due process to the POTUS, and denies most of the House members access to the "ILLEGAL impeachment." SCIFs also would deny Republicans, the POTUS and his lawyer to present their own witnesses.

You, and those who gave you a star for that IGNORANT and dubious attempt at misrepresentation of what sort of investigations are allowed in the SCIF only proves YOUR IGNORANCE...

We see it. We know what they're doing. At some point, all the Schiffty mess is going to hit these corrupt politicians right in the face.

The People are waking up everyday and seeing Pelosi, Schiff, and all their cohorts in crime for who they are and what they did, not just to the man we elected to be our president, but to us, The People. Their bubble needs to pop or all trust in our justice system will be lost.

Politicians have always underestimated The People. The stakes have changed. Justice is calling out now loud and clear.

FALSE... The Republicans present at the ILLEGAL impeachment using a SCIF have stated that they were threatened if they tried to leak anything said in it...

IMPEACHMENTS are supposed to be open to the public. The general public, as well as most of the Senators in the House, do not have access to anything said in a SCIF...

Impeachments are only allowed to be done by the House, and it should be an open investigation. One in which Republicans, and the POTUS' lawyers should be allowed to cross-examine the witnesses presented by Democrats, and it would also allow Republicans to present their own witnesses and their own evidence...

People should really inform themselves before they speak out of their rear end on topics they obviously have no idea about.

45 GOP Congressman, nearly 25% of the Republican Conference, have full access to the hearings and depositions.

The hearings are limited to only congress members (regardless of party) on the 3 committees.

GOP Aides/Attorneys are given equal time to cross-examine and question witnesses during depositions.
They have even held witnesses late into the evening to make sure GOP Counsel got sufficient time to cross-examine.

Those facts and have not been disputed by GOP in congress.

They are appealing to ignorance, pretending they have been shut out.

noting they have had equal time to question witnesses and full access to the meetings.

“the majority and minority have been provided equal staff representation and time to question witnesses, who have stayed until the majority and the minority have asked all of their questions – often late into the evening.”

time.com...

In reality, more than 45 House Republicans — nearly a quarter of the House GOP conference — already have full access to the depositions through their membership on one of the three panels leading the impeachment inquiry.

During the depositions, Republican lawyers are given the same amount of time to question witnesses as Democratic counsels.

Republicans on the three committees — Intelligence, Foreign Affairs and Oversight — have equal time to question witnesses.

Honestly you can't be this confused.

"Impeachments" AS IN A VOTE TO Impeach? Open to the public and evidence shared in the house before vote.

"Impeachments" AS IN A TRIAL IN THE SENATE? Open to the public and all evidence shared and examined.

"Impeachments" AS IN IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY?INVESTIGATION? Never public. Nixon and Clinton investigations were special prosecutors operating in secret. Having depositions done by the house with GOP present and getting equal Q&A time is the most transparent and public impeachment inquiry in history.

That would be more akin to the "trial," which, you know, is what happens in the Senate, not the House.

Just because someone is a judge doesn’t make them right, moral or even Constitutional. There have been all kinds of activist judges ruling because of their political agenda. And they’ve been generally on the radical Progressive side. Even Justice Ginsberg was a radical feminist of the Margaret Sanger brand... a racist who believed that Roe v Wade was about getting rid of “undesirables”. Use your imagination who those “undesirables” are.

And you have to know that what this is about is really NOT about Trump talking to Ukraine. It’s about the Deep State maintaining control of the country and it’s agenda of ruling the world. Trump has been dismantling as much of it as he can, so much so that even Soros stated that Trump was ruining his New World Order.

So you're with a straight face saying that they will release it all, in context with no redactions. I'm saying neither party would do that. There will be so many black lines and redacted names it will be as meaningless as other important stuff they pretend to release.

I think the problem may be you think I'm on one side or the other and I'm not. Can't stomach Trump or anyone on the other side. You are certainly a partisan, so you trust them. I don't trust either party at all.

Pointless anyway since the Senate won't remove him and it will end up just like Bill Clinton, if it even gets the votes it needs in the House. Clinton of course won anyway. The process had enough stink it drove people to Clinton because the economy was good. Very similar situation.

Very true. BUT, judicial branch rulings hold the weight of law, unless overturned by a higher court or through legislation.

So, as of now, it's legal.

And you have to know that what this is about is really NOT about Trump talking to Ukraine.

Yes, it is. And abuse of power in general.

It’s about the Deep State maintaining control of the country and it’s agenda of ruling the world.

It's about preservation of our democratic republic, the rule of law, and the Constitution (of which impeachment happens to be a part).

Wrong... Republicans in the committee have stated that they can't even look at the transcripts of the witnesses, and can only do it with a DEMOCRAT staff member present.

And again... Impeachment is not supposed to be done through a SCIF, because it denies due process to the POTUS, and impeachment should be done through the House of Representatives, with all representatives having not only access to the transcripts of the witnesses without a chaperone, but also with the ability to cross-examine the witnesses, Republicans and the POTUS's lawyer being able to bring in their own witnesses etc.

The democrats won't release any transcripts done through the SCIF. Schiff will make some declarations, mostly false of course, and we won't be able to verify his claims because the public and most of the House of Representatives don't have access to the classified information in a SCIF.
