It's "Complicated and Nuanced" according to Toobin.

They just don't know when to cut bait and give it up.

I'm divisive because I go against the grain around here. There's no mutual respect for those who refuse to accept different opinions without resorting to insults and ad hominems. I learned my lesson months ago, it's pointless to be civil with you guys. Hillary gave you your marching orders: "civility is dead" and you guys took it to heart.

I tried the Mr. Nice Guy schtick, what did I get for it? Insults and derision. I gave that up a while ago, blame yourselves for being so toxic in your ideologies.

We like to keep things simple for the other side. Using CNN ECT as a source makes it more believable for the Anti Trump Folks. We tire of news that's is reported by multiple media sources only to have them go "But it's from Breitbart ECT".

WaPo is reporting that a Federal Grand Jury was recalled
in this decision, and that they were released today.

I think the silence from McCabe and his team indicates
this did not go their way.

I do expect an indictment.

Agreed, I have no trust in Federal Justice and little in local. Yet another reason to keep the 2nd amendment strong and in place.

I try not to assign to malevolence that which can be attributed to incompetence. However, Bill Barr is not an incompetent person. He understands his role very well and the power he wields. Comey was already recommended for prosecution by the Inspector General. The DOJ, at the behest of Bill Barr, declined to do so.

I do not trust Bill Barr.
