Waking up, they say it's been all night but it might have been a few hours, or all night, or... or... in a concrete bed, in a concrete cell. Really interesting historical story of a spy imbedded so long in Syria that he was nominated to be their minister of defense before they caught and killed him.

We all keep asking where Epstein got his money, how he appeared out of nowhere etc.

Cohen was portrayed as a mega rich importer exporter funded the whole time by Israel for years and years.

Anything released to congress gets to the Dems immediately...which WILL then absolutely be leaked to select PRESS for spin (guaranteed) .

After 2 years of "investigating" McCabe, the DOJ still doesn't have 100% of his e-mails/comms? No wonder CNN hired him so easily. Those at the top of the FBI/DOJ assured CNN that it was safe to hire him.

Perhaps the DOJ/OIG is feeding conservative investigators/pundits "disinformation", to make it SEEM as if the FBI is stonewalling even them...the bosses. (FBI is a dept under the DOJ umbrella)

I'm going to go and re-read Mr. Cates' explanations/reasonings again. To his credit, Brian has never excitedly spewed predictions for imminent action, like others we know.

But I think he did say awhile back that it's doubtful there will be indictments of top-level Obama people? Anyway, I'm going back to re-read some of his most recent threads.

Legal analysts say the problem with indicting Comey or McCabe based on CURRENTLY KNOWN evidence is the JURY. The D.C. Jury pool is the most LIBERAL pool on the East Coast. Both men would be tried in a District of Columbia courtroom.

McCabe has been cooked, the emails don't matter to his particular case. He was cooked for far worse, flipped, now waits.

Unless you wanted him to go to trial in DC with a liberal jury of morons, have all the evidence quashed due to National Security and have him acquitted due him doing what Obama told him to do, the above was the only reasonable way?

Resources also matter, it could take MILLIONS to prosecute him and take years. 1 guy.

McCabe, Comey, Page Strzok, and the rest of the names we know are done. Holding out, praying for them to go to trial is a bad idea. Won't happen, it serves no purpose and during DJT's first term would give the 'opposition' too much media fuel.
