At MI6's new underground headquarters, Q attempts to decrypt Silva's laptop, but inadvertently gives it access to the MI6 servers, which allows Silva to escape. Instructing Q and Bill Tanner to leave an electronic trail for Silva to follow, Bond takes M to Skyfall, the Bond family estate in the Scottish Highlands. They meet Skyfall's gamekeeper Kincade, and together the trio set up a series of booby traps throughout the house. When Silva's men arrive, Bond, M, and Kincade manage to kill most of them, but M is wounded. Silva himself arrives by helicopter with more men and heavy weapons, so Bond sends M and Kincade through a priest hole to a nearby chapel. As the house is destroyed Bond escapes down the same tunnel and heads toward the chapel.

If this was a hinty-hinty towards the island then it would seem that Weiner's laptop may have had the information on it needed to get into the tunnels on the island.

On the other hand it could also mean that the explosion in Russia might have been due to them getting their hands on someone's hard drive, and it hacked their system. It could also be highlighting that this base was more then what it looks like, and could have been a secret military intelligence center.

Is it a "two for one" deal, or is it just an interesting take on the term fall out. We will have to wait and see.

Huge violation of procedure. There should be a round a minimum of once per hour and one or two official counts overnight, which means you see the inmate, skin, and verify he is okay.

Sheet hanging. That seems to be a slower death process than rope or belt. Especially from 60” off the ground (bunk bed rail).

It's pretty common. It is a slow process, but it can be done.

I just read at a British news site that he was on 30-minute checks. In my opinion, that's too long considering his history there.

Seems more like a strangulation tool. Fixed suicide scene? The medical examiner said unreleased cause of death pending further information. What kind of information?

That would be impossible. All clothing including sheets is made out of paper. Nothing to "hang" by and the ceiling is 9 foot high.
Someone either killed him or gave him some type of material item.

The cell door is an actual solid steel door, not bars that someone could easily pass something to him.

Learned this from a prison guard consultant who worked there that was interviewed earlier today.
